The Country Club of Farmington is a grandiose private New England country club located in Farmington, Connecticut. This opulent building sits on a meticulously manicured 18-hole golf course and offers a variety of event space for your special day. This private facility welcomes members and non-members (with a Club Member referral only) to host their special day at their pristine property to create a celebration to remember.

Facilities and Capacity

The Country Club of Farmington provides a picture perfect setting of old New England charm, nestled in the foothills of the Farmington Valley. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor event space to host a variety of celebrations such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, wedding and baby showers, anniversaries, birthdays parties, christenings and receptions.

Our new, expansive covered terrace opened in the summer of 2019 and offers an ideal space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. For your indoor ceremony and reception, our Formal Dining Room with fireplace is an elegant setting with an adjacent Grand Ballroom seating up to 125 for a reception with an open dance floor.

Additional areas on-site suited to smaller dinner parties and informal events include The Informal Dining Room, The Murphy Room and The Farmington Room.

Brides are welcome to use our private, smaller rooms and powder room to get ready with hair, makeup and dressing including space for their photographer and salon stylists who are welcome onsite. Our large parking lot offers handicap access spaces and ramps both outside and inside the Club House for your guest's convenience. Handicap bathrooms are located on the main floor.
