The best wedding planning experience.
She was there for us throughout the entire planning process to keep us on track and bounce questions off of when we had them (and we had many!) Her patience and kindness really shone through on the many emails we exchanged and calls we had leading up to the big day.
Because of Alex, our wedding weekend went off without a hitch - she was there to keep us on track, help set up for the reception, and get our vendors situated. She even fixed a small wardrobe malfunction before the ceremony rehearsal and drove us around on a golf cart to make sure we weren’t late for anything (thanks again, Alex!!)
We were able to relax and celebrate on the wedding day knowing that everything was taken care of. Honestly don’t know how we would’ve done it without Wedding Planning Plus - if you’re looking for a wedding planner who will listen to your vision and make your dream wedding a reality, don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

We could not pick a better team than Shannon and her squad. Each detail of the wedding was on point and done in a very professional manner.
They are very accommodating to your needs and know exactly what to do. But the main acknowledgement we have to commend them for is surpassing every single hurdle that was thrown at them with ease.
As many weddings have their traditions, our wedding was very special indeed which compromised of keeping the integrity of both our Chinese and Indian cultures which they did eloquently.

Hi, I'm Shannon! Upstate New York has been my home for my entire adult life. I’m so grateful to live and work in such a beautiful part of the country. I grew up right near Lake George and currently live outside Albany with my husband and our three rescue pups. I have run 15 marathons (and counting), love East Coast IPA's, and my iPod is stocked full of music from my favorite band (Phish!).
I started planning weddings in 2007 and during the last 13+ years I have seen more and more couples looking to break the cookie cutter mold and plan a completely unique celebration for their family and friends. That’s why I love getting to know my couples and building them a special event that is expertly crafted and authentically them.

Shannon's right-hand-woman and our team's wedding planner extraordinaire. Alex's extensive background in catering, along with her infectiously relaxed nature, help keep all of our couples well supported from the day she starts working with them until the encore is finished at the end of each bash. Everyone needs an Alex in their life.
Eliza is our young/old soul who brings her own signature energy to all of her couples' events. She will crack you up while keeping stress and fears down, probably bringing you into her fold recalling a story about her family and her dog, and will in the end make sure your day is set up for the most brilliant success.
