Stacey was our wedding planner for our wedding this year, which took place at a remote mountain destination across the country. From the beginning, we knew that pulling off the wedding we envisioned would require navigating a number of logistical challenges. The list was long, but Stacey was exceptional at handling everything—from coordinating transportation and bringing in décor, to ensuring that every potential issue was addressed. Even though Stacey had never planned a wedding in this specific location before, we never felt like it showed. I was impressed with her resourcefulness and promptness, and she made sure that my wife never felt stressed throughout the planning process. Stacey took care of all the small details and kept us updated on how each solution was progressing. When it came time to make decisions, she provided us with options and always gave us her recommendations, but never pushed us into anything and was very mindful of where to spend on things that mattered. Her vendor choices were absolutely incredible. We trusted her with some big decisions, (like our musician) and we were beyond impressed. The tasks I needed to independently coordinate with Stacey were always clearly communicated and easy to handle. The planning process was smooth from start to finish. On the big day, everything went perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment and spend quality time with our guests. Stacey and her team handled every single detail. It's hard to know where to begin when describing everything that Stacey did for us. For 9 months, she took care of every single detail for us for our destination wedding in Aspen at the Pine Creek Cookhouse. From finding vendors, reviewing contracts, overseeing invitations, and designing and producing our entire reception decor, Stacey did not miss a single thing. Stacey responds to texts, calls, and emails faster than anyone I've ever met. If there was a problem, I never knew about it until it was fixed and taken care of. She was mindful of our budget and very strategic with what to spend on, and where to save. Going into the wedding week, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Stacey and her team were so organized and took care of everything. On our wedding day, we were blown away by the care that her and her team provided for us and our guests. Our venue was very remote in the mountains, with no cell signal, and Stacey planned everything so perfectly to make sure there were no issues. Stacey’s ability to foresee any possible complications and have a solution ahead of time, almost felt super human. We were able to be completely stress free and present in the moment with each other, and our friends and family. We cannot express how grateful we are to her for making our wedding day truly the best day of our lives.
