Princess dress with fairy lights

Blush Bridal is the most amazing bridal boutique around! I had a pretty crazy vision of having a princess dress with fairy lights sewn into the skirt, with sparkles and detailing! Not only did the stylists help me find the princess dress of my dreams, they also recommended the best alterations specialist around and helped me store my dress in the 2 years between when I bought it and my wedding. They also provided a beautiful space and amazing atmosphere that made my dress buying experience one of the most memorable and unforgettable and magical moments of my life. I honestly didn’t believe all the hype about buying a wedding dress but going to this store made my experience so special and unforgettable and I am eternally grateful! I would highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic dress shop!

Super smooth easy dress-shopping experience! I was looking for somewhere with a selection of Wilderly Bride dresses and I found my dream dress at Blush! Our stylist was so helpful and patient. Great selection and easy to work wihj and 100% recommend.

Absolutely wonderful

I always dreamed of coming to blush, and they did not disappoint. From the sign saying I was getting married to the knowing I was getting married outdoors so they showed me the dress in natural lighting, to the champagne celebration, it was wonderful. Our consultant was wonderful as well. Very knowledgeable about what would be best on my body shape and was very honest about how they looked on me.

Amazing Experience!

I bought my dress right before COVID shut everything down. The ladies at Blush Bridal made me feel welcome and were very accommodating. If I had reservations about a dress, they listened and had an alternative option right away. I am so glad I said YES to this dress at Blush. I felt like a queen on my big day! I would definitely recommend!

These ladies go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. They would even remember my name when I would drop in. They are just so personable. Plus I couldn't have asked for a better dream dress!!

Where do I even begin?! The girls at blush were hands down the best! They made my family and I so comfortable and made me feel like a princess! They were all so knowledgeable and helped me find my dream dress! I did not feel pressured to buy and even though I had a million questions, they were soooo patient with me! Their seamstress is also beyond compare! I could never express how grateful I am for all of these wonderful ladies!

Going through Blush Bridal was a great experience. The space is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, you have your own curtained and mirrored dressing room with your own viewing private platform area for those you brought with you. I found my dress during their Mori Lee trunk sale. My consultant was very respectful of my budget and my style (though my bridesmaid was the one who found THE dress). The whole process was smooth and my dress arrived early! Alterations appointments were easy to schedule and my seamstress was an absolute professional. Although I didn't pay to store my dress there, it was there most of the time leading up to the wedding because of alterations. Also the week before they steamed my dress for free. They also steamed my veil for free even though I didn't purchase it through them! The dress felt and looked perfect on my wedding day - I couldn't be happier.

I am from Portland and wanted to have a girls day with my future in-laws- mother, sister, and two aunts in Springfield, where they live. I made two appointments and one of them was at Blush Bridal. This was our second appointment of the day, and we were allowed to bring in champagne (so much fun!). As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and taken back to a beautiful room with plenty of seats and a curtained off changing area. Our consultant allowed us to look through the gowns and pick the ones we liked. A member of my party eyed a beautiful Allure dress and as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to try it on immediately. It was gorgeous! I went through so many other dresses, but kept comparing it to the Allure gown. My consultant brought in so many different veils and sashes to try on, and was so sweet and accommodating. When I tried on my top two again, I just knew the Allure gown was it. And it was very affordable as well! So I absolutely said yes to the dress. It was an overall wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this shop to other brides, even ones from the metro area like myself.

I attended Blush Bridal this last Saturday and it was the most comfortable and great experience. The lady who helped me was so patient and listened to everything that i wanted. I found a dress that i fell in love with but still had another apt at a different boutique. After figuring out i liked a different style...i went back and tried on styles that matched that. I was getting overwhelmed and the girls at Blush pulled every dress possible to match my needs. At the end of it all i found my DREAM dress....a little customizing and pinning made it my own and i cannot wait til it gets in and i get to try it on again! <3 Would 100% recommend this Bridal Boutique to anyone!

I have been working with Blush for my wedding gown. They have an amazing selection and have very reasonably priced dresses. The staff is extremely professional and personable. My dress came in recently and I look forward to having my bridesmaids shop here as well as my groom and his groomsmen!

I bought my wedding dress and veil from Blush Bridal and was extremely pleased with the experience (and the dress!). The staff was super professional and accommodating when we went to try on dresses. They were even able to work around my crazy mothers' demands! I found the most beautiful gown for a reasonable price, plus they had a wide selection of dresses, so I didn't feel like I only had 2-3 options. I was able to really find 'the one'! I would definitely recommend Blush Bridal to anyone.

I had a great experience with Blush Bridal. Choosing the dress was fun and stress-free, and I decided to do many alterations to the dress with Lindsay. She did a really wonderful, beautiful job with everything I asked for and was reasonably priced (and a blast to work with)! My dress ended up being everything I'd hoped for and really unique. I also bought bridesmaids dresses through Blush and my out of town bridesmaids had to call in dresses and have them shipped. Blush handled everything very well and there were no glitches at all. Everyone looked stunning. This is a very welcoming, professional business that will never pressure you and will give you all of their attention when you're there.

I just had the best experience EVER today at Blush! Thanks to Jenn, my wedding dress dreams came true! All the lovely ladies at Blush made my family and I feel so welcome and special. They definitely have an eye for detail! Down to the little "I said yes to the dress" sign you get to hold when you buy your dress, these girls know how to make the dress shopping experience complete! This a great, locally owned, one stop shop Wedding Boutique! I purchased/rented all of my wedding attire and accessories here at Blush! I LOVED my wedding gown and received/still receive so many compliments on it! The quality of the bead work and structure on the gown is Amazing! I ordered an Allure Bridals Gown and all of my bridesmaids ordered Allure Bridals Bridesmaids dresses in a gorgeous coral shade. My mom found her dress there and my husband and his groomsmen rented their tuxedos as well. We went with the dark grey style for the groom/groomsmen/ring bearers and the light grey for the fathers. Everything turned out great! I highly recommend Blush!

After visiting multiple stores in different states, I ended up finding "the dress" at Blush Bridal Boutique! The staff was so kind and helpful, and they spent a lot of time sorting through different styles to get me into my perfect dress. They had a great selection too and the place itself was beautiful. Can't wait to go back for my alterations!

My original dress was from here.I had it altered somewhere else and the week before my wedding discovered it was ruined. I went to Blush and the ladies were amazing! We found aa beautiful dress and they altered it for me the times in the next week.I was working and they still fit my crazy scheduling. The price was no more than normal, and even gave me a discount on the dress. They are wonderful to work with. The months later my son's wedding party all got their dress and tuxedos there. Blush was awesome! Found a dress I loved on pinterest and they carried the designer and got it in. And it was of course the one, but they also had a wide variety, the place was nice and beautiful and the consultants were amazing. Definite recommendation!

I had a wonderful experience at this boutique with my family and friends and highly recommend it to future brides! From the beginning of the appointment to end I was very impressed and comfortable. I brought four guests with me and we had our own secluded room to try on gowns in, gowns of which we were able to pick out from their stock. It was thanks to Shauna that I found my very own unique gown as she recommended a strapless mermaid gown with fabulous straps that could be added to the dress! I was thrilled to find such a gorgeous and unique gown that was no one else would have. I appreciated how professional Shauna was when it came down to costs and loved all the advice she provided. I'm planning on having my bridesmaids find their dresses there and look forward to going back!

The staff and bridal consultants at Blush Bridal were OUTSTANDING! I had gone into the shop a few times without an appointment to look at a dress that I had fallen in love with. Each and every time I walked into the shop the ladies were very warm and welcoming. They could see that how much I was admiring this dress and were more than willing to let me try it one even without an appointment! Other bridal shops in town were not willing to let me do anything without an appointment but not Blush Bridal. I eventually made an appointment to show my family the wedding dress of my dreams and my bridal consultant for the day was very helpful and understanding! I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Blush Bridal. Blush Bridal definitely made my dress shopping experience everything I was wanting and expecting when it came to buying the dress of my dreams to wear on my big day!

Blush was fantastic! All staff that work there were kind and professional, and I had a wonderful experience interacting with everyone. We got my wedding dress and suits for the men there--it was a much better selection than men's wearhouse for suits, and we are so happy with our choice. Shauna helped me find my perfect wedding gown, and was a joy to work with! I had alterations done through blush as well, and the work done on the dress was amazing. I couldn't imagine a better place to get a dress from, and hope that all brides in the area check them out!

I first went wedding dress shopping up in Portland with my MOH. After not falling in love with anything in my price range, I went to Blush Bridal in Eugene. I found my dress (Wtoo Bristol) instantly. All the girls who work here are very helpful and sweet. The in-house seamstress worked her magic on altering my dress EXACTLY how I wanted it and in a timely manner. I'm so happy with my dress experience! It looked amazing on the big day.

I live in Vancouver, WA and drove all the way to Blush Bridal for my gown just because of the customer service I received over the phone. The staff is amazing and they offer in house alterations at a fraction of the cost compared to other bridal boutiques. Overall amazing experience.

What a beautiful store and a great team at Blush Bridal. They were so friendly and helpful when I was trying on dresses, patient and even went to pick out more dresses I might like. Good thing they did because the dress I picked ended up being one of their recommendations! I was an out of town bride and they let me store my dress with them until the wedding and I got a 10% discount ordering my veil with them. They also offered that discount on bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. The seamstress (I feel terrible I'm drawing a blank on her name!) was so sweet and so good at what she does. My dress ended up being a lot bigger than I thought at my first fitting but she pinned me up and at my next fitting it fit like a glove! My dress had a lot of lace but it didn't have any place that looked like it was altered. My guests kept telling me the dress looked like it was made to fit me so major kudos to her and the work she did for me at such a reasonable price! Very nice team, great store, and an overall perfect dress experience :-)

The entire experience shopping for my wedding gown was amazing with Blush! :) I felt like they genuinely cared, and took as much time with me as I needed in order to find the perfect gown! :) I would recommend Blush to anyone looking for a wedding dress, evening dress, prom or even tux rental.

Blush made me feel like a queen, they have special little rooms that you can try on gowns with your family, like a intimate runway style. I tried on so many gowns and the one i ended up picking the woman helping me (shauna) picked it out. she even stayed after they closed to help me try on a few more gowns, so amazing. There was a mix up with the sash i ordered, that was their purveyor's fault, but the sash i mistakenly got was even more gorgeous than the one i had originally ordered, plus they gave me half my money back. so great! i loved my outfit!

We went to Blush for my wedding dress, all three of the bridesmaids dresses, my veil and hair clip, and my husbands suit. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. Teresa is so knowledgeable and was was so helpful throughout the whole process.

My husband originally ordered a suit from somewhere else and it was a disaster. Teresa swooped in at the last minute and saved the day. We also had a made of honor who had just had a baby and one that we thought would be expecting and we had to guess at their dress sizes. Teresa did an amazing job of anticipating those things and was so unbelievably helpful. We would have been lost without her. Everyone there was so friendly and warm and helpful. I never had a single bad interaction with anyone there.

The store is beautiful, the people are great, the quality of the dresses is amazing and the price is completely reasonable. I would highly recommend Blush Bridal to anyone!

Teresa was amazing to work with! She was so flexible with scheduling me since I live 3 hours away! Teresa kept great care of my dress prior to the wedding and the day of it looked amazing with not a wrinkle! I cannot think Teresa enough for helping me with my dress. I bought and dress and we completely transformed it into a different dress! Thank you so much for everything, I definately recommend Blush Bridal to anyone that can make to Eugene to look at dresses!

Visited Blush after visiting David's Bridal....no comparison!! She carries amazing dresses, is very accommodating, and there is no pressure to buy, unlike at David's! I will refer all my friends to Blush!

This is such an awesome Boutique! They carry many of the Allure dresses (seen in many bridal magazines). The price was reasonable for a designer dress (much less than the ones I looked at in other dress salons). They are willing to work around your schedule and even meet you after hours. Great place! They also have tux rentals, flower girl, and bridesmaids dresses.

Blush was great. Shauna helped me find my dress for my wedding next August. She gave great advice, was very friendly, and helped me keep a really open mind. She helped me find a dress that is perfect, and even suggested certain alteration that the dress unique and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Blush to anyone!

I really enjoyed the service at Blush. I was an out of town bride and they were always able to work with my schedule for appointments. The staff were always friendly and helpful and I found a dress that I loved below my budget. They don't have a huge selection of gowns so if you're looking for something not as traditional this may not be your place. I used their seamstress and she was always easy to work with. My bustle did break early on at my wedding but I think it was more the chiffon fabric than the quality if the work that the bustle didn't last. All in all, I highly recommend!

This was the second bridal store we visited that day. Its a small store but I was blown away with their service and their gown selection/quality of the gowns. We loved my bridal consultant! Dana McGowan was awesome! In fact everyone who helped me here was very friendly and I felt like they truly were trying to help me find "The dress". They were very knowlegable of the gowns they carry. There was a gown that I loved the top and hated the bottom that I had tried on, they convinced me they had one just like it but with a different style on the bottom that they wanted me to try on. Luckily I listened because it was perfect! I found my dress! They made the process fun and stress-free. Beautiful gowns and great service! You must stop here during your gown search.

Beautiful dresses and helpful staff! I spent about 3 hours in the shop picking my dress. The assistant, Shauna, was very helpful and patient - I am very indecisive and tried on some of the same dresses 3 or 4 times, and Shauna gave me individual attention the entire time.
My dress was a little slow in coming in (but I understand that was a problem with the manufacturer, not the shop). Because it was getting close to my wedding, the shop fitted me in for a dress fitting and then prioritized my alterations to ensure the dress was ready. They were very flexible in helping make sure the dress was ready to go! Much appreciated.
I really recommend them as a good choice - the dresses were beautiful and unique and classy.

I really enjoyed my experience with Blush Bridal. They were very helpful and nice. They did not have as much selection as other places but I still found the dress for me. They were even able to work with my budget. I would definitely recommend them!

After spending an hour trying on dresses in David's Bridal, the quality of dresses in Blush Boutique seemed amazing. The fabric is softer, the lines are smoother and the fit of the dresses hang more naturally on the body.

I did not feel rushed in my appointment. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. I felt listened to and taken care of.

I must gush over their amazing seamstress, Lindsay. I believe she handles all alterations at the boutique. She is sweet and very good at what she does. I had her shorten the hem, sew in bra cups and alter the off the shoulder straps. She charged VERY reasonable rates and the alterations came out perfectly.

Although the value of alterations is wonderful, the dresses themselves are quite spendy. I spent far more than I planned to, but I understand that I paid for a high quality dress.

I made a last-minute bridal appointment at Blush after an overwhelming day of shopping in Portland. I only had one weekend to find my dress while my mom was visiting and they were so accommodating! Working with a limited budget I was nervous that the small boutique might not have enough variety but their sale rack was fantastic and I found my dream dress! It was slightly over budget after alterations were added and the lovely ladies actually adjusted the price of the dress so that I could stay within budget. I have my second fitting next week and couldn't be more excited. Please take time to check out Blush, the service is outstanding!

The bride found the dress she wanted at a good price. The dress was beautiful and the fit was perfect. The staff were helpful and professional. They made the first day of trying on bridal dresses enjoyable. The one difficulty in working with this shop is scheduling a fitting. The seamstress, who is quite good, is available two days per week. Scheduling fittings around the bride's work schedule can be challenging.

We rented the Groom's Tux and had a great experience. They had a good selection and the tailor did a great job. They gave us a good discount too because we went to the local bridal show. It was a great deal.

I love Blush Bridal Boutique! Their dresses are stunning! Shauna was the lady who's helped me from day one. She helped me try on a bazillion dresses, narrow down choices, and pick THE DRESS! She was very helpful and soooo sweet. I appreciated all her help.

I absolutely loved my experience with Blush Bridal! They have so many different dress options in varying price ranges. They have made my experience of buying a Wedding Dress stress free. The space is beautiful and allowed my mom and my bridesmaids to enjoy the viewing experience. I have come in multiple times for fittings, accessories, and other dress details. The staff has been wonderful and worked with me every step of the way. Even when they made a mistake, they honored what was said to me and gave me the accessory I wanted to go with my dress. The in-house seamstress, Lindsey is wonderful at what she does. She does magic to your dress and makes any bride feel perfect and ready for her big day. I loved my dress it was perfect and the whole experience made me feel comfortable. The only thing is I wish they would have suggested maybe for the top of my dress because I am bigger busted. Maybe more wire or binding.. As soon as I sat down the whole top of my dress bent . I know that it also has to do with designer but alterations could have caught that:) other than that I felt most beautiful cause of them

Im a consultant at Blush and I am posting this in response to the rview by Jaguesben.
Here at Blush we take customer service very seriously and want all our brides to have the best experience possible. This being said I think there are a few things I need to address.
First, we have over 100 dresses in store ranging in sizes from size 4-24. We have multiple dresses in each size, however you can try on a gown that isnt the correct size for you and we use pins to help you do this.
Second, regarding the alterations you requested, it's not that it wasnt possible but with the time frame that you had there would not have been enough time to do this. We do try to start the alteration process as soon as possible to avoid this conflict. I do recall that we had difficulty scheduling you for alterations due to your own schedule.
I do apologize for your unsatisfaction. We again, strive to deliver the best customer service and do have each and every brides best interest at heart.
I've posted our ratings as not perfect because everyone has room for improvement.

The women at this shop were friendly and helpful. They were patient allowing me to come back and they laced me into my dress three times before I decided it was the one. I purchased a dress off the floor that they were discontinuing because I think they are only carrying Allure dresses from now on. They were nice to store my dress for 4-5 months before the fittings. Now for the lower scores, they said the dress would be repaired and cleaned before I picked it up for no extra cost. I thought this meant professionally cleaned since it had been tried on a bazillion times and had makeup on it etc. I guess I shouldn't have assumed this because they meant they would just spot clean it themselves. She said she spent a long time on it but I still saw several stains on it that I mentioned but they didn't improve on. I also wasn't happy at all with the seamstress they use. Her fees are excessive and she was trying to charge me for the repairs. Above all, she messed up my incredibly simple bustle not once but twice! One time she put the button all the way up at my butt raising the train up so high it revealed like 8 inches of slip. Didn't make any sense what she was thinking. I loved my dress but my overall experience with Blush was so-so and with Linda Goode the seamstress was beyond horrible. If you get a dress here definitely don't use their seamstress. Natalia at 5th street altered my second dress and my bridesmaid's dress and was awesome.

Not happy at all with the service I received from Blush Bridal. My first impression was great. They treated me well and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. When trying on dresses they are all one size and need to be pinned to give you a better idea of what it will look like. I found a beautiful dress. The only problem was that it had a train and was too long. I did not want a train and was planning on wearing flip flops for our garden wedding. I was told that the train could be removed and the dress could easily be shortened. I was very excited to hear this. After waiting two months for my dress, which is normal, I went in for my first fitting. I told the seamstress what I was wanting to alter. She then told me that taking the train off and shortening the dress was not possible. I spent a lot of money and was very disappointed to hear this. I feel that the owner, who had been assisting me through this process, should have known that this material could not be altered. After all it is her business. I ended up with a train i didn't want and had to wear 3 1/2 inch heels to make the dress work. The owner is just out to make out to make a sale and does not have your best interest at heart.

Blush Bridal has a great selection of beautiful wedding dresses that fit within a wide range of budgets. I enjoyed the "boutique" experience, and found a dress that was perfect for me. The staff was helpful, but I did have an issue with my alterations. I went through the boutique's recommended in house seamstress for my alterations and was extremely disappointed in the outcome of the hem, which was not what was discussed during fittings. The seamstress rushed me to pay before I really said anything about the issue, so after my final fitting, I returned into the store to speak to the owner who was very helpful and apologetic. I showed her that the hem was completely botched, showing a straight seem on a scalloped lace bottom, and that there was a tear in the lace and the tulle underneath was cut jaggedly. The owner was wonderful and kept me updated on the fixing of my dress. She worked with the seamstress to fix the issue, refunding me part of the alteration cost, and when I picked up the dress I could not tell there had been an issue. The only other thing I would add about the alterations was that on the day of my wedding, my bustle loop completely broke, so I had to tie my train up to the corset with a piece of ribbon- not what you want happening on a rainy day with a long train.

Overall, I recommend Blush Bridal Boutique, but would opt for a different option for alterations and not use their referred seamstress.

I brought my sister here to kickstart her venture into wedding planning, and was hoping to get her more knowledge on wedding dresses. I was less than pleased with this place. I chose it because of the rave reviews on here, but I felt we would have gotten more help at David's Bridal.

I made an appt for trying on dresses, arrived early. The woman running the front greeted us kindly. She then showed us to the dresses. However, in doing so, immediately went to the white bridesmaids dresses (because of price) and then the clearance rack. She made a comment as I went to the real dresses that the more full dresses will be more pricey. Profile much?? I was pretty offended after that, but went with it because she was not the one we were there to get help from. But still. Rude.

The girl helping us was very nice, but not so great in being helpful though. She was great at helping my sister get into a dress, but not so great at pinning it where it needed to be pinned to show how the dress would look after being altered. I kept having to get up and pinch the seams where they would take it in, fluff out the skirt, and point out the different fabrics. On top of this, for whatever crazy reason, they would not size her. Who doesn't size someone shopping for a dress?!

Absolutely a waste of time and unprofessional.

Rude salesperson

Sales clerk embarrassed my daughter by telling her not to book an appointment if she wasn’t able to buy the dress that day. Implying she couldn’t afford anything there. Her budget was 2000$ needless to say we won’t be buying at Blush.
