  I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with the outcome of our wedding photos!! Stephanie did an amazing job of capturing every aspect of our day, and in such a beautiful and artistic manner!!! My husband and I had our engagement photos taken by Green Tree Media, along with our wedding photos, and are now scheduling our maternity photo session. Every photo we have purchased has been delivered very quickly and was exactly as promised. We also purchased a lay flat photo book of our wedding; the pricing was obviously listed wrong on the sheet Stephanie emailed me, however she just informed me to let me know that I had gotten a great deal due to her...   Stephanie Gagnon is awesome! She is very reasonably prices and does a great job. She experienced a major catastrophe in her home life the week before my wedding and she still resolved the issue and was at my wedding which was a 2 hour commute for her! She and her husband are amazing people!

  Extremely satisfied with Green Tree Media! We hired Green Tree Media for out September 2010 wedding. I do have to admit when I first met Stephanie I was somewhat worried because she seemed young compared to other photographers we met with. Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She was captured all of the moments we wanted without having to pose constantly or feel awkward. There were many small details of the day that even I, the bride, missed, however Stephanie captured them in pictures. The photographs are stunning and we have received so many compliments on the beauty of the pictures.
  We are 100% happy and HIGHLY recommend Green Tree Media!!!

I do have to admit when I first met Stephanie I was somewhat worried because she seemed young compared to other photographers we met with. Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She was captured all of the moments we wanted without having to pose constantly or feel awkward. My husband and I hired her to take our engagement and wedding photos (Wedding June 5, 2010). Both are exceptional! Her relaxed demeanor and sweet personality makes it easy to be yourself during the sessions. She has some neat and artsy ideas for photography as well. She is also very open and accommodating to any ideas you have as well. She wants to make sure that she takes the pictures you want and are going to be happy with forever. My favorite thing that Stephanie did for our wedding (besides take great pictures) was to put a personalized card at each place setting at the reception. On the front was one of our favorite engagement pictures and our names. On the back was her logo and the website where our wedding pictures could be viewed in a few days. It was such a neat personal touch that our guests loved. My family especially loved this because they could order pictures right away! My mother and father were very pleased with not only the photos, but also the price of our wedding package!! Green Tree Media is honestly the BEST price in town!! What could be better than not only getting the best photography in town, but also at an honest and affordable price!! My husband and family will continue to use Green Tree media for all of our photography needs in the future. Thank you so much for capturing our most precious memories so far.

  My husband and I learned about Green Tree Media from a Millikin student that knew Stephanie Pezzelle-Gagnon and said she was an excellent photographer. Well it really went beyond just the pictures for us; we felt like we were friends by the end of our experience probably more like a Mom and Dad. We were her first wedding and she created the following for us a beautiful DVD set to music for us to enjoy with family and friends (we play it quite often) and she also put together a beautiful wedding album.   Not only is Stephanie an amazing photographer, but she is also a wonderful graphic artist. Stephanie did our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos AND she also did our wedding invitations and thank you cards.
  She did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. I have had nothing but compliments on how nice they looked and how great they were. I would HIGHLY recommend her not only as a photographer but as a graphic artist as well.
  She will do a fabulous job!

  Stephanie was a great photographer to work with for our wedding. She was fun, professional, and affordable. We loved that she was very flexible, with no minimum number of hours, and took both traditional and more artistic photos. Most importantly, our photos are awesome! Stephanie truly captured the spirit and beauty of the day.

  We did not have the traditional wedding photography done. We are older and hired Stephanie to take some family pictures at our wedding; not the wedding package by any means. Just family since we would all be there together.

I don't know if the rate has changed; I notice in the FAQ section she states to pay for gas over 35 miles from Sullivan, IL. We were at 27 miles; however, we were charged for gas.   We did not have the traditional wedding photography done. We are older and hired Stephanie to take some family pictures at our wedding; not the wedding package by any means. Just family since we would all be there together.
  We really liked Stephanie at our sit-down and liked her work. Everything went very well and we were happy with the pictures taken. I don't know if the rate has changed; I notice in the FAQ section she states to pay for gas over 35 miles from Sullivan, IL. We were at 27 miles; however, we were charged for gas.   The only negative comment I have about the pictures is that while we were paying for more informal pictures, it was still our wedding day. I have transition lenses in my glasses for medical reasons and outdoors they turn dark. I don't notice this. As a courtesy, it would have been nice for it to have been mentioned that the lenses were dark so that I could have removed my glasses. Our outdoor pictures were not as nice as they could have been. We were not paying for that type of service, but it would have been a courtesy.
  When we went to purchase prints, we were getting way over where we thought we would be in terms of money. I emailed, told Stephanie this and asked to get the DVD for the $300 price she had given us at our sit-down. She replied that she couldn't have told us this, her DVD price has always been $500. I felt as though I had just been called a liar.
  I talked with my husband and he, too, said he remembered being quoted $300. We pulled up the packet we received at the sit-down. The "always" price of $500 was no where in the printed materials we had been given and I had handwritten it in along the side when we asked about it.
  There was no effort on Stephanie's part to admit she might have mis-spoken or to ask if we could compromise or meet in the middle, in case she had. Just a lengthy explanation of why she couldn't afford to sell the DVD's for $300.
  We then ordered very minimally and spent very little money on prints. She could not have possibly made anywhere what she would have in selling us the DVD for $300 instead. We were also emailed with a request to review her work.
  We waited for several months, thinking that she would see our tiny order and that we had not participated in a review and send us an email or call asking if there was a problem. As a business owner that relies a lot on recommendations, we would think you would keep tabs on who responded and what they had reviewed. We heard nothing from her.
  I wasn't going to review, except that I noticed someone else on here had the same DVD issue.
  Had we been asked to meet in the middle or received an "I'm sorry, if I said that" or had taken some responsiblity in the fact that she had orally agreed to a price and then disregarded it, we would have worked with her; however, there was nothing.
  We also had paid Stephanie up front for gas and we overshot it a bit. We told her to just keep the extra few dollars. On the day of our wedding, we paid her a little extra for a few other family group pics we wanted done as we felt they were maybe a little outside the scope of what we had asked for (even though they probably really weren't.) So even had we split the difference in the DVD price, she would still have received a little more besides. We also thought this would have shown her that we weren't intentionally trying to get something for nothing or pressuring her into something that she hadn't stated in the first place.
  So, while we were happy with the pictures taken, we decided to maybe teach a small lesson to a young entrepreneur. The lack of business maturity is the hindrance we found. If you talk about or make any plans that are not part of the packet given to you or part of the contract, write it down and have it signed off on up front.

Stephani agreed to lower the prices or give us a cd for 100.00. later she would not agree to the 100.00 she set it at 500.00. then she removed my engagement photos and wedding photos and said she always removes them after 3 month and if we would like to order more we would have to pay to get them put back on her site. but there were lots of photos taken and some of them were 6 months to a year old, so why did she take mine off. we and my husband were so disappointed by her childishness because we wanted to use her for family photos. we will no longer recommend her for anything.
