Janis has a keen eye for detail which is shown in the quality of her work. She is consistently professional and courteous. On the day of our wedding, she kept us on point with our busy schedule. My husband and I had an evening Fall wedding and were astonished at her ability to capture the lighting of the outdoor chapel in our photos. Our families and guests were very impressed with her ability to capture our special day while still giving us space. We are so grateful we booked her! -

Janis was a great photographer. She thought of everything, so our pictures turned out wonderful! I appreciated the perfect mix of candid and posed pictures. She was very professional and always made sure the lighting fit the situation. She was always very responsive if I had any questions before, during, or after my wedding. 10/10 would recommend. -

From the beginning Janis was super easy to contact and was very thorough about what she offered and what to expect. Janis helped us immensely and wanted to be as prepared as possible which was very evident when it came to the wedding. We loved her style, approach, and professionalism and we can't wait to see all the amazing photos that were taken soon. I can't say enough about how she just knows her stuff and what works and was able to pose my husband and I so beautifully on our wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Ms. Janis. I found her through another app and she was everything we wanted and more. She was quick to respond and answer all my questions. Due to Covid me and my husband had to plan for just us our minister and her. She helped us pick out a beautiful location to hold it and even offered to scout for us. Leading up to the ceremony she was always quick to respond back to me and make the planning as painless as possible. The day of she took stunning pictures and really made the most of spot we choose. Was so patient with us, we were running late and so many family members with different personalities she was patient with all of us. At one point I was frustrated and wanted a specific photo taken, she was able to read that and in a very professional manner corral every one to take the picture. -

Janis was wonderful for our casual wedding! She asked great questions ahead of time to get information on our preferences and make sure we were all on the same page. She made great use of time before and after our ceremony for posed photos and took beautiful candids during the reception ensuring all the guests were included. The photos were available in just a few days and all amazing! I'll recommend her to anybody I know looking for a detail oriented photographer that's easy to work with. -

My wedding day was the best day of my life. Janis was able to capture moments that I will be able to hold close to my heart for a lifetime. She’s so creative and so artistic and that actually plays a lot into her photography. I love artistic and she made that happen for me. We had the pleasure of working with Janis for both our engagement photos and our wedding day. She was very attentive and our chemistry as vendor/clients was perfect. The perfect wedding photographer!
Janis was amazing throughout our entire experience. She was so organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond. All of the photos were beautiful and she took so many great photos of everyone during the ceremony and reception. She was extremely flexible with a less than ideal situation where the church gave us very limited time to take photos inside. We were amazed with how organized she was when it was time to review the photos and she had lots of great options for photo books, prints, framed prints, etc. We would highly recommend Janis to anyone looking for the perfect wedding photographer. -

Professional and fun
We are very happy with how our photos came out. As college students we had a very tight budget and we were able to get wonderful pictures before our wedding that we will cherish forever! She also offers some amazing photo book options for purchase. -
