  Amazing caterers - would definitely recommend.

  Alice & the team were incredible to deal with, and helped us through the preparation of our wedding through to helping us throw an amazing day.
  Our venue, being up in the mountains, could have posed a few complications and problems for them, but they were incredibly flexible and accommodating making it very easy from our side. From a really fun tasting session at their Osteria, which we'd highly recommend as a day out in itself, through to the Wedding Day where they delivered exceptional food, a high level of service and professionalism, and all with a smile on the face, we cannot say thank you enough! Would highly recommend.

  I am Italian and my husband is from New York. We got married in lerici in July 2017. In Liguria we scheduled tastings with several other caterers before finding Alice and her family. No comparison, honestly. When we first met, after the first round of tasting I had no doubts I would have worked with them. I was so relieved to find someone able to combine excellent and high quality food with impeccable presentation. They turned the buffet in a luxury experience while highlighting the genuine taste of local products. My sister is sommelier and she had no problem in validating the wine. The wine offering was of very good quality. I picked the Mediterranean menu and open bar(everyone was so impressed by the bartender's juggling tricks!). The buffet of row fish was amazing! From New York I easily communicated with Alice - she was responsive by text and emails. On the day of the wedding, Alice and her crew went above and beyond - they were available and attentive to the scene. They are very professional and easy to work with. They helped with some special requests I had like real PROs!Everyone was very impressed by the food and the service. My only wish - to be invited to a wedding served by them where I can eat everything all over again!

  Raccomandiamo a tutti il catering Negro Ricevimenti!
  
  Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere il catering Negro Ricevimenti ad un matrimonio di amici e ne eravamo rimasti davvero contenti e soddisfatti che abbiamo deciso di scegliere loro per il banchetto del nostro matrimonio.
  
  Un catering, a conduzione famigliare, unico per la sua professionalità e personalità come chi lo conduce: due persone davvero fantastiche, il proprietario Franco con la Figlia Alice.
  
  Allestimento curato in ogni minimo dettaglio cosi come in ogni minimo dettaglio sono state curate le varie fasi del banchetto (dall'aperitivo al fiabesco taglio torta), cucina dai prodotti di qualità elevata e a KM0, piatti di grande presentazione, attenti al sapore della tradizione ligure.
  
  Staff qualificato, disponibile ed efficiente
  
  Se avete bisogno di un DJ, non vi preoccupate, ci pensa lo Chef Jacopo, fratello di Alice !! Tutto in famiglia!!!

  Il nostro matrimonio doveva essere un “unconventional wedding” e così è stato; unico punto fisso era il catering che per noi doveva assolutamente essere Negro Ricevimenti. Il nome è già una garanzia, ma abbiamo avuto il piacere e la fortuna di “testarli dal vivo” perchè siamo stati invitati l’anno prima a un matrimonio di amici e rispetto agli altri catering provati non c’è stato paragone!!! Qualità dei prodotti e del servizio eccellenti!
  
  Grazie ad Alice, a tutta la sua famiglia e al suo staff siamo riusciti quindi a dare luogo alla nostra festa proprio come sognavamo nella loro La Ginestra. La location, come tutto il team, si presta benissimo a qualsiasi tipologia di party che si intenda organizzare.
  
  Negro ha infatti creato per noi un fantastico “Wedding bbq” anticipato da il loro super aperitivo. Neanche un’ora di pioggia è riuscita a rovinare l’atmosfera grazie alla grande professionalità e flessibilità dello staff che ha gestito benissimo l’imprevisto.
  
  Tutti gli invitati sono rimasti entusiasti e noi sposi stiamo già pensando a quando poter organizzare un’altra festa con loro... Quindi, futuri sposi, non abbiate dubbi... con Negro Ricevimenti il successo è assicurato!!!

  È stata una bellissima festa, Negro ricevimenti ha fatto prendere forma a tutto ciò che era nella nostra mente, tutto era come volevamo; il cibo di ottima qualità e gli allestimenti hanno fatto sì che ancora oggi i nostri ospiti si complimentino con noi per la bellissima festa , non posso far altro che dare pieni voti e consigliare a tutti la scelta che abbiamo fatto!   Charming location, excellent service, delicious food.
  Alice and all the Lovisolo family were very professional and followed us along every step in the organization of our wedding reception. They went the extra mile, recommending us exceptional providers for flowers and for the photo shooting.
  They were always there when we had doubts and questions, sometimes recommending things that were clearly against their interest just because they thought that was the best solution for us. All of them are genuinely passioned about their job, and this is evident in every small detail, from the smallest plant in the wonderful garden to the never-ending quest to improve their already exceptional dishes.
  I strongly recommend the fish finger food (my guests loved it!!) and the fruit wedding cake.

  Dopo una ricerca durata mesi per la location ed il Catering a cui affidare il nostro giorno è stata la scelta più azzeccata festeggiare alla Ginestra. La location ha affascinato chiunque, il Catering Negro Ricevimenti è stato fenomenale in tutto, gentilezza,disponibilità , professionalità . Il cibo squisito e la loro originalità nei dettagli hanno fatto della nostra festa il più bel matrimonio che potessi desiderare.

  La qualità dei prodotti, del servizio e la professionalità di tutto lo staff sono stati davvero eccellenti, ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza sono stati soprattutto la disponibilità e l'intuito nel comprendere il tipo di servizio richiesto, caratteristiche tipiche di coloro i quali svolgono la propria professione con amore e passione, qualità assai rare oggi.
  Insomma, qualora dovessimo organizzare un'altra festa sicuramente la affideremmo a Negro Ricevimenti, sicuri del successo.

  La qualità dei prodotti, del servizio e la professionalità di tutto lo staff sono stati davvero eccellenti, ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza sono stati soprattutto la disponibilità e l'intuito nel comprendere il tipo di servizio richiesto, caratteristiche tipiche di coloro i quali svolgono la propria professione con amore e passione, qualità assai rare oggi.

  La Tenuta la Ginestra è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità dell'entroterra di Finale Ligure. Ci siamo innamorati de La Ginestra dalla nostra prima visita e l'abbiamo scelta subito per il nostro pranzo di nozze. Il giorno del nostro matrimonio abbiamo sfruttato appieno la location gustando l'aperitivo e gli abbondanti antipasti tra gli ulivi sul grande prato superiore, spostandoci poi per il prosieguo del pranzo sotto i gazebo sul prato inferiore dal quale si gode anche di un bellissimo scorcio sul mare. Bell'atmosfera, cibo di ottima qualità, ottimo servizio e attenzione da parte dei titolari per l'organizzazione durante i mesi precedenti il matrimonio.
  Ricorderemo sempre con gioia e emozione il nostro matrimonio anche grazie allo splendido luogo nel quale abbiamo festeggiato!

  Il nostro matrimonio è stato un successo anche grazie al lavoro fatto da tutto lo staff di negro ricevimenti. Abbiamo scelto di festeggiare con un ricevimento tipo apericena (per la precisione Vernissage), con open bar e musica a seguire... Ogni sposa si preoccupa enormemente che il suo matrimonio sia perfetto...beh, x la parte relativa ai festeggiamenti affidarsi a questo catering significa togliersi una bella porzione di preoccupazioni! Il cibo ottimo (anche se io quel giorno non ce l'ho fatta a mangiare molto, ma è più che normale), cocktail perfetti, intrattenimento come lo volevamo e location spettacolare: la loro Tenuta La Ginestra. Lo staff è molto preparato e professionale, dai titolari al personale...e poi il taglio torta...ci avevano detto che ci avrebbero regalato un'emozione e così è stato! Gli occhi lucidi dei parenti e amici ce lo hanno confermato! Dunque se tornassi indietro sceglierei di nuovo Negro Ricevimenti e i complimenti che abbiamo ricevuto per mesi dopo l'evento mi convincono sempre più di questa scelta!

  My husband and I got married back in December 2008.
  We decided to host our reception in an old abandoned fortress on the hills with no electricity, no water, no heaters..
  The road to the fortress was steep and it snowed a couple of days before our wedding, when we had planned to bring everything in.
  Other catering companies would have turned our request down or would have ripped us off.
  Negro was thrilled at the idea of going through this adventure with us!
  
  Given I'm a wedding planner, I really had high expectations in regards to food and service. I was looking for something different that genuinely represented us and with a massive attention to detail.
  I asked Rosa, the talented chef, to provide ideas on seasonal dishes and create something really special.. and she did!
  For the welcome cocktail we offered a selection of hot soups from the Tuscan tradition which were beautifully served in pumpkins! The canapés were absolutely mouthwatering and neatly displayed on the tables creating a gorgeous layout.. Amazing!
  When we arrived up at the fortress I was in awe and our guests as well!
  
  They have tons of awesome material to choose from to personalize the look and style of the reception. We used cool luminous "S" shaped cocktail tables and a luminous bar that gave that special touch to our cocktail area.
  For the dinner we opted for a long unique table and modern transparent chairs to seat our cosy wedding party of only 35 guests. Negro has a stunning catalogue of available materials.. from classic porcelain through silver chargers to modern square dishes. They had exactly what we wanted!
  
  The food was delicious and presented beautifully, the staff worked hard and always making sure we were okay, each and every single member of the team has been brilliant!
  Whenever we think back or flick our pictures we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for contributing in making our wedding a memorable experience!

  These guys are exceptional, they are flexible, offer incredible service, very responsive and delivered on the day. I would use them again for smaller events too. Thinking wedding anniversaries already. I think some of our guest have already got in touch with them for their own events as they were so impressed!
