Quiet Cannon was the best decision!
After researching numerous venues, we came across Quiet Cannon and fell in love. The venue offers beautiful views, reasonable prices, two hotels on-site, plentiful free parking, and bilingual coordinators who were always helpful and made time for us whenever we needed it. The various packages were easy to understand, and we never felt like they tried to hit us with hidden fees or upsells. Additionally, we attended two Quiet Cannon wedding expos that really helped us gain clarity about what we wanted for our big day--we highly recommend attending those! The complimentary junior suite for our wedding night at the Hilton Garden Inn was gorgeous, and our Hansen’s Cake, which came with the package, was beautiful and delicious.
We worked throughout our engagement with Iliana, who is incredible. She is SO patient, kind, organized, available, and honest. She’s a wonderful listener, and she interacted with us like a friend rather than a salesperson. She remembered our names even when we bumped into her unexpectedly, and she worked seamlessly with our day-of coordinator when we handed off communication close to the big day. She even checked in on us during the ceremony, which was such a sweet gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide throughout our engagement and wedding celebration!

We had our wedding in April, and everything turned out beautifully as planned. All of our guests had a great time and enjoyed the setting and all of the food. Iliana and Genevieve were amazing to work with and very helpful and understanding throughout the whole planning process from the food, layout, vendors, rehearsal, setup, details, and payment. They answered my millions of questions and gave me great suggestions for the wedding setup and planning. I also really recommend going to the showcase event prior to get an idea of all of the room setup and decorations and food tasting, and if you still need ideas for vendors.
The wedding venue is gorgeous and huge with several different event spaces to choose from to meet your needs for any type of event. The gazebo is especially beautiful and romantic. We selected the gold package and that worked very well for our budget, and it includes a on night stay at the Hilton hotel conveniently located next door. It was perfect for us to stay there the night before and have it for getting ready on the day of the wedding since we had a morning wedding. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding!
I also want to give a shoutout to Arturo, my banquet captain that day. He was super nice and very attentive to all of our needs. All of our guests had a spectacular ceremony and reception. We have been working closely with Ms. Castaneda since early 2016, she is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and a sheer delight. Quiet Cannon is a lovely wedding ceremony/reception site, and they have been incredibly flexible, my son is in the military, was unexpectedly deployed and they worked with us on rescheduling the date. The venue offers a wide array of options to fit any budget. Thank you Quiet Cannon, for making this such a pleasant experience. We had our ceremony in the gazebo on a Saturday at noon! LOL. They provided umbrellas and water station for the guests. Which helped a lot on a hot sunny afternoon. Then we had our reception at the Cannoneer Room, right upstairs. Amazing view. Our guests complimented on how delicious the food and appetizers were. Everything came out perfect and we Loved it! So pleased at how accommodating and understanding Lisa was throughout my entire wedding and the booking plus everything leading up to the day. Everyone loved the appetizers, drinks and the food. Beautiful and scenic view. Professional, experienced, and very friendly staff. Huge banquet room used for the reception with excellent food. Quiet Cannon is a wonderful place to have a wedding reception. The Camino Ballroom has a very nice view of the golf course, the food is delicious, and the catering manager, Trese Childs, ia a pleasure to deal with. She and her staff are considerate and 100% honest. We had several questions to ask her and she answered them truthfully and always with a smile.
We made the right choice of having our wedding reception at Quiet Cannon.

We got married at Quiet Cannon a couple weeks ago and had a great wedding experience! Our sales associate was Iliana. We corresponded with her mostly through email or phone (actually didn’t meet her until the week of). It was a very seamless process working with Quiet Cannon.
Some might think it’s a bit hands off, but you get what you put into it. We just wanted to only do our ceremony there and booked their gazebo area. The gazebo area is so beautiful. It’s secluded from the golf course and very well kept. There are string lights if you’re doing an evening ceremony, and they have a very large capacity for a ceremony. We had 250 guests and the chairs still didn’t fill the whole area. The grass is turf so you don’t have to worry about girls sinking in their heels. Quiet Cannon will offer 6 umbrellas to use which Asian guests really appreciate in the sun!
The items that Quiet Cannon provided were tables and linens for gift table, easels (which were $5 rental charge each), a water station, chairs, and mic for the officiant). Everything else is up to you to decorate! There is also tons of parking at this venue.

I had so many questions and changes regarding the details of our wedding, but our sales rep, Iliana, was so gracious and made sure all the details of the day came together nicely. Mixed feelings
Let me start with the good… My wedding was beautiful. We had to change the wedding to indoors last minute due to the weather. We were able to make it work. The food was better than your average wedding food. The servers were amazing and beyond helpful.
The part I'm struggling with is the behind-the-scene things. Towards the end, I would email my rep and not get a response back for days or ever. When I would show up to the office I would work with someone else who would be willing to help me and accommodate me more than my rep. When we needed questions answered we emailed and emailed and got nowhere. A third party had to step in. On the day of the wedding, we reminded them about the glass waterfall in the room that needed to be turned on, via email. It was never turned on. We rented a tripod and it was not provided we had to go on the hunt for one. The lights that were supposed to be off were left on (we finally got the grounds crew to help us turn them off). We signed our contract BEFORE the construction started and were guaranteed it would be done by our wedding date. Guess what!?! It wasn't.
Although Quiet Cannon can be a beautiful place to have a wedding I would definitely reconsider having my wedding there. We liked our room for our reception. Despite our limited budget, we still found a nice place with the ambiance we liked for our reception dinner. Beautiful but Careless and Unreliable
Beautiful venue and wedding at the gazebo went well overall, but there were some major glaring errors that should never happen.
1) They spelled the groom's name wrong on the outside signpost board, typed Johnson instead of Jonathan. Terrible carelessness.
2) We agreed in person about the drinks to include, and the sales rep made handwritten notes on copy of our contract, but then no drinks were finalized on the day of the wedding. So, we had to pay to add them right there.
3) Pricing was also wrong for the hors d'oeuvres, they charged us $195 per tray when their own brochures list the pricing per tray at $185.
4) When we complained to them after the wedding, they did not seem too willing to admit their mistakes and compensate us.

The sales person Marina tried and only just. If you want a venue who has sales that goes beyond their duties to be an outstanding employee & make sure all the tees are crossed & i’s are dotted, then this venue is not the one for you.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding but the process to get there was hair pulling at times. On the days that marina is not there, We would talk to another sales lady, she was great and had her notes from us typed up. But when we call to speak to Marina again, it seems like she didn’t read the notes. It’s either that or quiet cannon needs a better system.
The thing that stressed me and my fiancé at the time the most was when she kept sending our banquet order 3-4 times a day to correct things throughout the last week of preparations before the wedding. and 2 days bedore our wedding, Marina wanted to get something out to us to sign right before she clocked out for the day. I think she was rushing a lot because she didn’t send us an attachment at all. Then she proceeds to ask for the attachment. And we’re like .. we didn’t even get it. This caused major stress and a pain in the behind because now we had to deal with extra work the next day (Which is LITERALLY the day before the wedding. This could’ve been avoided if it wasnt for her carelessness.
Next, we had ordered a screen for the projector for a slideshow. And I, the bride, had to ask someone for our screen that didn’t get set up. And they had said to me that we need to order it and talk to our sales rep. Seriously?
we. Did.... We. Did. Order. It. Why is this happening?! Did the notes not get through? I told them we did and finally it was brought out.
Marina looks like the oldest one there and I would think she’s a senior at her work and knows how stressful weddings can get, so their job is to try to make things easier right? If they’re not good enough Sales reps by thinking ahead, then at least do the job carefully and right. Don’t be below average.The sales person Marina tried and only just. If you want a venue who has sales that goes beyond their duties to be an outstanding employee & make sure all the tees are crossed & i’s are dotted, then this venue is not the one for you.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding but the process to get there was hair pulling at times. On the days that marina is not there, We would talk to another sales lady, she was great and had her notes from us typed up. But when we call to speak to Marina again, it seems like she didn’t read the notes. It’s either that or quiet cannon needs a better system.
The thing that stressed me and my fiancé at the time the most was when she kept sending our banquet order 3-4 times a day to correct things throughout the last week of preparations before the wedding. and 2 days bedore our wedding, Marina wanted to get something out to us to sign right before she clocked out for the day. I think she was rushing a lot because she didn’t send us an attachment at all. Then she proceeds to ask for the attachment. And we’re like .. we didn’t even get it. This caused major stress and a pain in the behind because now we had to deal with extra work the next day (Which is LITERALLY the day before the wedding. This could’ve been avoided if it wasnt for her carelessness.
Next, we had ordered a screen for the projector for a slideshow. And I, the bride, had to ask someone for our screen that didn’t get set up. And they had said to me that we need to order it and talk to our sales rep. Seriously?
we. Did.... We. Did. Order. It. Why is this happening?! Did the notes not get through? I told them we did and finally it was brought out.
Marina looks like the oldest one there and I would think she’s a senior at her work and knows how stressful weddings can get, so their job is to try to make things easier right? If they’re not good enough Sales reps by thinking ahead, then at least do the job carefully and right. Don’t be below average. -

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!! I had my wedding here 3/2011 and was more than unhappy with it. It's a BEAUTIFUL location and a hard-to-beat price, which lured me in, but the service is TERRIBLE. They will charge you for people who have severe allergies and cannot eat the food, they will ignore you, they will FORGET TO SET UP THE GIFT TABLE AND REGISTRATION TABLE and pretend they have no idea what you're talking about, they will DOUBLE BOOK your room at the LAST SECOND and then claim that your contract says differently (it's an incredibly vague contract which you don't realize until they do this). If you have to use friends or family as vendors because of a budget, they will berate you for this and tell you anything that goes wrong is your own fault because you shouldn't use people you know as your vendors. We paid for extra meals because some of our guests did not show (a family member ended up in the hospital that afternoon, some of my friends' flights were cancelled with the Alaska Air fiasco, etc). We were told prior to the wedding that any food we paid for over the number of people who were there could be given to our guests as a second meal. Well, when our guests tried to get seconds, THEY REFUSED TO SERVE THEM THE MEALS WE PAID FOR AND WERE ALREADY COOKED!!!!! Some of my guests were so outraged at the way the staff treated them that they actually left our wedding early as a result. The wedding coordinator that was supposed to be there for rehearsal and day of was NOWHERE to be found on either day... the list of negatives just goes on and on and on and on. Deposit not refund due to Covid
I had a contract that was done on 2018 for an event 2019 I left a $9000 deposit and they will not refund my deposit even if it was cancelled due to covid the facility was closed but yet no refund was submitted will have to take them to court to get my deposit back. During our ceremony at the gazebo garden a trash can was making noise throughout the ceremony so you weren't able to hear the minister or our vows. The mic system wasn't working. My guests all complained that they couldn't hear a thing. I should be able to look back at my wedding and think of wonderful day it was but i cant. I can only picture hearing the garbage truck. it came out in the wedding video and i have been calling the quiet cannon for three weeks asking for some type of reimbursement and they are very unprofessional and do not return my calls. I am going to have to take off work to go down there in person.

Horrible customer service. I will NOT be going with this venue even if they EVENTUALLLY get back to me.
