The BEST Wedding Planner!

RAB Wedding was amazing to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process! We worked directly with Adriana, the owner of the company, who helped us every step of the way. She made the planning process very easy and seamless allowing us to enjoy what can be a very stressful experience! We planned a large destination wedding weekend with events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and every event was perfect. The day of the wedding exceeded all of our expectations thanks to Adriana's meticulous planning and organization! We are very grateful to the entire RAB team for making our wedding weekend so special!!

I only have great things to say about working with Runaway Bride Destinations!

Working with Runaway Bride Destinations was easy and fun. I don't have a bad thing to say. Kimberly was super responsive, flexible and patient during the entire planning process and the execution was flawless - it made the experience stress-free and a lot of fun. Kimberly has great vendor relationships and is creative and quick to adapt to any changes. Also, SUPER organized. She remembered every email and comment I ever made, which helped bring my vision to life during the 3-day event. I would work with Kimberly and Runaway Bride Destinations again and would recommend her to any friend planning a wedding.

We would recommend Runaway Bride Weddings. Being from the states Adriana and her team were able to accomplish stuff for us that would be very difficult from across the Gulf. Her services and support were greatly appreciated. We had routine meetings and Web chats to accomplish what needed to be done for the events and she was available when needed. Her team was excellent on site adjusting to our needs and assisting when weather didn’t cooperate. We even had our dog on site and when we were busy they were able to take great care of her. Adriana and the entire RAB team. Words will honestly never be enough to thank you for making my wedding dreams come true. I met Adriana over 2 years ago through a post I found of her work on Instagram, and I immediately fell in love. The other thing - wedding planners save you A LOT of money. Yes they are expensive, but Adriana and her team was worth EVERY SINGLE dollar, and then some. The relationships with vendors that they bring to the table save you more than you could ever imagine trying to coordinate with them yourself. Relationship pricing is real! The RAB team will also make sure you stick to your budget, which is a huge peace of mind when planning such a big event. Imagine saying to someone - what about hanging disco balls or a live painter or a piñata... and then next thing you know, she found a vendor, coordinated schedules, got a price quote, you got to meet them and see their work and then decide if you want to fit it in your budget or not. That's what her team does. It's truly the best decision I made in my entire wedding (outside of my husband, of course). I am generally such a control freak and detail oriented, I was apprehensive about putting such an important day in the hands of someone else. But every. single. thing. that her team was responsible for - NOTHING was missed. She went so far above and beyond my expectations, and that's genuinely a tough thing to do from this Type A bride. Adriana and the entire RAB team - I love you. And I will never be able to say thank you enough for making my dreams come true, and then some.

RAB gave us the wedding of our dreams

Adriana and Runaway Bride was amazing. She put in so much time and effort into the planning process, meeting with us weekly for over 6 months to get every detail perfect. Adriana made us feel so comfortable and made an originally stressful and hectic experience painless. We only wish we hired her from the beginning instead of 5 months into planning ourselves. Wedding weekend of our dreams!!!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Adriana and the RAB team! She helped us plan and execute the wedding weekend of our dreams while we were in New York and she was in Mexico. Planning a destination wedding mostly over zoom and phone calls would probably be stressful and anxious to most, but Adriana made the entire process efficient, seamless and most importantly ENJOYABLE. She is always available for questions and works tirelessly to get you exactly what you want and advises you on the best options. It's so hard to put into words just how incredible the Runaway Bride Team really is. We worked with Kimberly and Xanath for over a year planning the destination wedding of our dreams and everything they did exceed our wildest expectations. From the initial site selection trip, to hotel contract negotiations, to budgeting, to vendor selection, to our planning visit and most importantly to the 5 events throughout our wedding weekend they were with us every step of the way. We literally never had to worry. The contract negotiation process with the hotel took months but Kimberly handled it like a pro – collecting our thoughts, giving us her advice, and working with the hotel to make sure it...

They were so on top of it they never even bothered us – so we got to enjoy the entire weekend with our guests instead of running around making sure everything was all set. Xanath made all of our dreams a reality and went over and beyond to exceed our expectations . Xanath literally took care of everything for Jason and I which gave us the ability to relax and enjoy ourselves at our wedding. The Runaway Bride team surpassed all expectations, and I had high ones. Even as a planner, I was able to 'let go' with confidence and enjoy the celebration - because of the RAB team. Once I chose Runaway Brides, the 8 months of calls, coordination, and decision making became something I looked forward to and had fun with. They took the overwhelm out of the planning process.

One of our friends said. “Thank you all for including me in the most uplifting, heartfelt, joyful and transformative event. It was a mesmerizing, immersive and emotional three-day experience, which is rare for most all events and especially weddings.” Attention to detail, organizational skills, budget and vendor management all a 10. Kimberly and Araceli made our wedding the relaxing, fun, carefree event we always hoped for. Throughout the planning process, they were on top of it and really let us enjoy what is normally a stressful part of the process. It was such a relief to rock up to our hotel and have them there prepared with a detailed plan. They took questions from guests and made sure we were left just to enjoy the party. We can't thank them enough for creating what was truly the best day of our lives. The only negative I have to say about the work they do is that you'll probably enjoy it so much you'll want to do it again. ;)

But most importantly, the RAB team was always personable, kind and understanding to our requests and wishes. And from a bride’s POV, I always felt I was in the best of hands and that the entire RAB team had my back (even when I didn’t know I needed it). Planning our wedding took over a year. RAB built a budget for us, found us vendors and negotiated on our behalf, and held our hand through the entire process while really understanding and respecting the look + feel of our wedding we wanted. We had monthly calls which turned into needed weekly calls, that were always more productive than any work meeting I had earlier that day. On the actual Wedding Weekend, Kimberly and her team blew it out of the water! Every single and small detail was addressed. It all came together what looked like smoothly but behind the scenes I know it was not the easiest of tasks. I say this because, RAB did not let myself or my fiancé know what was happening behind the curtain… they protected us from some of the dramas to ensure that our wedding was perfect. For this I am forever grateful. Kimberly and her team have become family. To any future brides, I can assure you that you will be in the best of hands with RAB!

Do not think twice. We just returned from our daughter's wedding at Banyan Tree, Riviera Maya, Mexico. With a total of 5 different events, each one was flawless and even exceeded our dreams. Our 200 guests told us they have never experienced anything like it and will never forget it. From the second we hired Kimberly, she worked tirelessly to give us the best advice, negotiate the very best terms with all of our vendors, and produce an indescribable weekend of events. Not only is Kimberly and her crew in Mexico, headed by Xanath Banuelos, knowledgeable and competent, they are warm and empathetic, tireless, funny, and kind. I have been part of the event industry myself for 17 years and am a tough critic. It was the best week of my life. Hire Kimberly and her staff immediately.

I can not truly express in words how much I love Runaway Brides wedding planners! I had a destination wedding in TULUM, Mexico and these ladies did a beyond fantastic job! They helped with everything from searching for destination locations, searching for resorts, finding vendors to fit our needs, entertainment suggestions, etc. They were all very polite, down to earth and professional. I even had some last minute changes that I wanted to make, with only a week before the wedding and they totally took care of it the same day I asked. At no time did I feel panicked because they made me feel relaxed and they had everything under complete control. I highly recommend them!

Kimberly was incredible negotiating with the vendors and venue to make sure we were getting the most for our budget. She knew exactly what to ask for and how to ask for it, something I had no idea how to tackle on my own! A few months later we headed down to Mexico for our pre-planning trip where the team coordinated every single detail, including having all the vendors come to us at the resort! We felt so special that entire weekend and knew that this was only a preview to what we already knew would be a fairytale wedding. After countless phone calls, emails and Skype conferences, the big weekend arrived and from the moment we arrived the RAB team was there to take care of everything. One thing that was incredibly important to us was that we wanted to enjoy vacation aspect of our wedding and the team truly made that happen. After one brief meeting, my (now) husband and I were free to enjoy the amazing fact that all of our family and friends were together in paradise! From the welcome party the day before the wedding to the big day itself, the level of service, calm and reliability was off the charts. RAB and its network of amazing vendors made our wedding the most incredible and magical event of our lives.

We absolutely loved our experience with RAB! They were a team of rockstars and were crucial to our wedding planning process. Kim stayed on top of our vendors and budget, which was incredibly helpful. And Ary is a total rockstar. She introduced us to the most talented vendors from the beautiful design and flowers to a killer DJ and live music, everything and everyone was on point. They truly made our vision come to life. Not to mention they are lovely people, so charismatic and positive throughout all of it. We felt like we were in good hands the entire time and never had doubt, which through the stress of it all was so key to feeling at ease....

I had so much confidence in Kimberly and her team that I completely signed off the week of the wedding and let her call all of the last minute shots (so I could enjoy the wedding) and she did not disappoint. She made all the right decisions and tweaks. She did such an amazing job that I literally gasped with joy the moment I saw the wedding ceremony setting. It was beyond amazing. As I reflect back, I realize that Kimberly's hidden talent (and secret for a stress free wedding planning experience) was her ability to manage the parents in a way that was loving and caring towards their feelings, while also respecting my wishes and direction. I had no idea she was so good, and am thankful that she was able to keep the peace for all of us. :) Finally, my wedding was Kimberly's first Indian wedding... but she was so incredibly amazing in digging in and learning/listening/taking notes that everything went smoothly and without a hiccup. We had our wedding in the Riveria Maya Mexico in March 2014. I hired Kimberly Richmond owner of RBDW and I had the most perfectly planned wedding. To this day everyone continues to tell me that my wedding was the best wedding they have ever went to and this is a direct consequence of all the hard work and meticulous planning by RBDW that allowed me to be a carefree bride and truly enjoy every moment of my wedding experience. Kimberly went above and beyond in every respect, handled every headache so I didn't have to worry about it and was the best friend you want planning your wedding. I absolutely could not have imagined my wedding to be more perfect.

Runaway bride is a great company! Kim took care of everything throughout the planning processes, so we could just relax and enjoy being engaged, the creative part of planning, and the wedding day. In addition her negotiating saved us on cost, so adding her services were overall beneficial to the budget.

I found Runaway Bride just about the time I was ready to give up on my destination wedding in Mexico. The resort's wedding planner was unorganized and inefficient and I wasn't sure how all the pieces would come together. Kimberly Richmond and her team came in and immediately changed the experience of planning my wedding. Kimberly was dependable and attentive, and the end result was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I cannot thank Runaway Bride enough for their contributions to our special day.
