At Bay Deejays, you'll work with your DJ from an initial no-cost, no-pressure meeting, until you share the last dance of the evening on a dance floor still packed full of family and friends. There's no "bait and switch" or hard-sell sales tactics here. Just honest, candid discussions that allow us to get to know you as a couple and for you to get to know us a wedding professional.

In most cases, you'll work with our owner & primary DJ, Jason Walsh. Jason is a 12-time winner of the WeddingWire Brides' Choice/Couples' Choice Award (2010-2021) and is also the current President of the nationwide United States Disc Jockey Association (USDJA), and Past-President of the Baltimore Area Disc Jockey Association (BADJA). He is a graduate of Calvert Hall H.S. in Towson, MD, and the University of Baltimore, where he holds both a B.S. in Corporate Communication and a J.D. from UB's Law School. Jason has entertained at more than 1,100 weddings over his 20+ year DJ career and holds a perfect 100% client satisfaction rating on WeddingWire!

If Jason is unavailable for your big day, we will recommend an associate DJ or other area DJ firm that would best suit your needs (and in all cases, you would work with him/her from start to finish as well).

You'll leave your first Bay Deejays meeting with a contract, our personal cell and home phone numbers, a company overview, and login information for our secure online wedding planner. We hope you choose to book us at our initial meeting, but we are so confident in our quality and reputation that we will hold your wedding date for you up to ten days after we meet without a deposit. If you do book us, your date is secured for you and you alone. Our deejays never take more than one event per day, offering you 110% of our abilities and concentration, and allowing you the flexibility to start your event early or end it later than expected with little or no additional notice required.

Besides providing great entertainment, Bay Deejays is also a responsible environmental partner and gives time, money, and talents to support organizations that educate and restore the Chesapeake Bay; a valuable backdrop for many of the events we entertain each weekend. We also support our local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts groups by providing entertainment at no cost for holiday functions and special events throughout the year.

Finally, we respect your privacy and will never turn your event into a commercial for our company by taking photos or videos or your big day. Many of our clients are government employees/contractors and do not want or need their wedding anniversary (date), photos, and those of their family and friends plastered online. (Yes, we do post actual event photos on our website, but only those that have been approved and provided by our clients.)
