Welcome to 48 Fields Farm! We are a century-old Leesburg VA barn wedding venue and farm cidery set in the heart of Northern Virginia’s wine country that is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots.
The property offers several indoor and outdoor possibilities, including our main dairy barn has been renovated to accommodate more modern amenities. The lower level is white and bright, while the upper level is known for its rich woven wood cathedral ceiling where there are no posts or beams to limit your use of the space. The ceremony lawn and cocktail area are in adjacent locations ready to host your guests. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. Our property is a peaceful and private estate that will provide a beautiful and natural setting for your wedding day with up to 125 guests!

Worth the wait!
Our original wedding (at a different venue) had to be rescheduled due to a death in the family. That venue was closing for remodeling, so we had to begin the whole process all over again. When we found 48 Fields, I felt in my heart it was the right choice for us. Our wedding on June 30, 2024, was so incredibly lovely, thanks in no small part to Kelly and her team. They were super responsive along the way and made the whole planning process very smooth and stress free. The venue is beautiful, and all of the vendors they recommended were fantastic. I would absolutely recommend 48 Fields. We had our ceremony on the lower floor and our reception upstairs. The ceremony decor, the linens, the lighting, the acoustics, everything was perfect. Please don't hesitate to schedule a tour - you will fall in love with the venue!

Our Dream Day Come True
Worth every penny spent for the gorgeous private location with so many different spaces on the property for each part of the wedding preparation, ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour, reception, etc. Amazingly kind and understanding staff who took the time to get to know our needs and preferences and made sure our special day was as personalized as possible. Super helpful and informative about what decisions needed to be made and by when - Sarah (venue manager) was both proactive and responsive in her communication, while Kelly (owner) suggested vendors who were familiar with the property (and who were AWESOME!). In addition to the wedding itself, we also got to meet Kelly and Sarah and see the property several times during our engagement - from the initial tour, complimentary wine tasting, walk through and rehearsal to the engagement photo shoot they let us have on site for no additional charge! A beautiful wedding, a magical day, and so much thanks to 48 Fields :)
