Kelly and the staff at a Perfect Bloom were outstanding! I live in Little Rock, and going to Beebe was definitely worth it! I was looking for just a florist, but they do rentals and all things wedding decor! She has a huge inventory to pick from, and will even buy new things if there is something she doesnt have that you may want! I rented linens, card box, reserved signs, centerpieces, easels, and over 200 votives with the candles! Everything was beautiful!
