They truly go above and beyond!!

We used Above and Beyond Catering for our August 2024 wedding and cannot recommend Jill Lamstein enough! We posed a unique challenge by wanting a brunch (dairy) wedding with a kosher caterer. Many kosher caterers pushed for a traditional meat menu, but from our very first conversation, we knew Jill was a perfect fit! She was so excited about our vision and came up with incredible ideas for an elevated brunch. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the food—people were going up for fifths because it was that good! Beyond the food, Jill’s knowledge and organization were invaluable. She provided a planning checklist to keep everything on track and was a tremendous help on the wedding day, going far above the role of a typical caterer. Jill truly lives up to the name "Above and Beyond"!

Best wedding ever

Jill Lamstein and her staff at Above and Beyond Catering are a dream to work with. From the outset, Jill was not only our caterer but also a steady, guiding hand through the entire planning process. We didn’t even need a wedding planner, as she made everything flow seamlessly—from our initial discussions right up to the day of the event.
Jill’s calm and professional demeanor was especially impressive; when unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Jill found a perfect window of dry weather, ensuring we still had the moment the bride dreamed of.
The food and cocktails were as creative as they were beautifully presented. Every detail, from flavor to plating, was so well thought out – I wish I could have enjoyed the meal as a guest! Jill’s ability to bring together elegance, creativity, and professionalism is rare, and we couldn't be more grateful for the unforgettable experience she helped create for our family.

Fantastic service and delicious food

When we decided to hire a caterer for a wedding, one of the most important things was obviously the taste. In addition to high-quality menu items and sophistication of palette, it was very important to us that the person we work with the professional, courteous, and most of all responsive. In Jill at Above and Beyond, we found all of this and more! Jill‘s consummate professionalism, quick responsiveness and most of all her unbelievably delicious food made our wedding one of a kind! She also worked with us on developing a menu for us and was cognizant of our budget. We wholeheartedly recommend her in every possible way!
