Margie and her team were AMAZING!! The food was really incredible, people were talking about it all night and the next morning. We wanted chicken and waffles for an appetizer so she made us chicken and waffle skewers drizzled with maple syrup, they were a huge hit! Margie really worked with us to create a menu that was on our budget and unique. We wanted somewhat traditiontioal but not boring, so we had prime rib that was incredible and fried shrimp and cheesy grits which was my favorite! I would definitely recommend Affair to Remember and anytime I have catering needs I will definitely use them in the future!!!!

Margie and her team were fantastic. The food was delicious! The only complaint I had heard was that the guests could only choose one vegetable side rather than both and couldn't have seconds. Well they could have seconds but Margie was just being sure that everyone had gotten a plate first! Everyone just wanted both vegetables because the food was so great. :) Otherwise they helped set up the tables as well as coordinate our event. Margie even played the bartender until ours showed up! Really the experience was great and I would recommend Affair to Remember.

13th birthday party and a 5th grade graduation party combo for my daughters!! Margie was wonderful and helped make this mile stone party a great success! The food was fantastic! She knew just what the kids would love and was a huge hit with the adults too! The DJ we hired said he would drive miles to have her Mac and cheese again!! The best he has ever had!! The presentation was wonderful! There will be plenty of parties to come for us and I will be calling Margie for them all!
