Not the greatest experience
We went with Ron because he was in our price range. Upon looking at the photos that were delivered, I don't feel as though we got what we paid for. We paid $950 for a 4 hour package. When we first started talking planning, I made it clear that I wanted the 4 hour mark to start when the ceremony did. The day before, I was talked into his team starting earlier so that they can get some detail photos before the wedding. I had told Ron some of the photos that we did and did not want for after the ceremony, but insisted on getting photos that he had in mind.
There was a moment with one of the team members after the cake cutting ceremony where I was eating cake at the sweetheart table, and they referred to me as "porky" very jokingly. Other members of the wedding party came to me afterwards and told me that Ron and his team gave them a weird vibe.
While some of the photos that we got were really good, for the amount that I paid, I don't think I got $950 worth. Quite a few of the photos are blurry or not in focus, some photos had too much light exposure, and some photos we were not impressed with.
Then there was just getting the photos. We were told that we would be able to get access to the photos online within a few weeks then we would get the USB drive immediately after. Once the photos were ready, he notified me via text, but requested that I called him before he would send the USB drive. On May 30th is when he told me on the phone that he would send the USB drive the next day. We waited over a month, and when I reached back out to him about the USB drive is when things felt very weird. I tried calling and he wouldn't answer my phone call. I immediately got a text saying the USB drive was lost in the mail, and he would send another one. When I asked for tracking information, he was very dodgy, and wouldn't send me any tracking information.
Overall, the experience with Ron and his team was not what we had imagined.
