AARC has good prices, was very helpful, gave us a good product, and was nice enough to let us take items out early without a charge. The only negative is they charged me for 2 missing chairs, which I'm sure I didn't lose. Of course, it is my responsibility to count them before leaving their store, which I didn't do. Overall, very good.

They were a whole day late on delivery which threw off my plans. They did not call to inform me they were going to be late. I called the after hours number to find that the person that answered was in Florida on vacation. I got the run around when I finally got someone. The guy that finally got in touch with me at 10:00 pm at night was rude. I did not get a call when they were on the way, they just went in the yard and took it down. No one called to apologize for them inconveniencing my events. Bad customer service.
