We did our wedding cake through Alliance Bakery and cannot recommend them enough! We appreciated the mix-and-match aspect of their tasting kit and the fact that tasting kits could be ordered to-go when we were in the process of deciding on our wedding cake bakery. After trying several local bakeries, Alliance was the clear winner in terms of taste and customizability. Working with Alliance to plan our wedding cake was a breeze. They were incredibly responsive and perfectly created the inspiration picture we sent them for our cake. I had to take a moment during our reception to truly admire and marvel at the cake before we cut it because it was absolutely perfect! And of course, it was delicious.

My husband and I did a lot of research and some tastings while on our search for a bakery to create our wedding cake, and we are so thrilled that we worked with Alliance Bakery for our big day!! Not only were we able to purchase some samples of our desired flavors, but the team at Alliance was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions along the way. They were kind and professional, and on top of it all, consulted with us to custom design our absolute dream cake!! Our vision was not your traditional wedding cake, and we were even told by other bakeries that we needed to stick to the flavors listed on their site. Alliance didn’t shy away from our vision and leaned fully into it and for that, we are so grateful, because our dream wedding cake became a reality and was an absolute dream come true. We tasted cakes from multiple bakeries in our research and Alliance was hands down the best cake. We booked them after our first bite and I’m so happy we did. Alliance delivered the most beautiful cake that was the exact design we envisioned for our wedding on 10/15/22. We had 3 flavors: almond cake with lemon curd, chocolate with chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Allowing our guests to choose their flavor made for a memorable experience. Highly recommend Alliance- super easy to work with and a delicious, beautiful cake!
