After Allison Foley Event Design is brought on as your full-service planner, you will have an initial conversation to go over any existing plans as well as your priorities and preferences. Between that time and your wedding, you will have regular planning calls, vendor interviews, tastings with caterers, and design consultations. On your wedding day, Allison Foley Event Design will be on-site to manage the execution of all your wedding day details.

If planning and designing your wedding is something you feel confident in tackling and are able to carve out the time for, Allison Foley Event Design’s Day of Coordination service is what you need. Allison Foley Event Design will send out an informational survey at the 6-week mark to begin the process of taking over the management of your wedding. By one month before your wedding, all relevant vendor information and event details will have been communicated so that vendor management and communication can be handed over to Allison Foley Event Design. By the day your wedding rolls around I will have ensured that all of your vendors understand their role, a detailed timeline is in place, and Allison Foley Events Design will be able to calmly meet any unexpected challenge with a bias towards action
