The first planner I had would never respond to me. We only planned our ceremony and hotel block at the hotel because we had too many people to have the reception there. I believe, this is because my prior sales person, Madeline, was trying to book a full wedding in place of mine. She rarely got back to me. I finally demanded that she fit in my ceremony since we had our wedding block already planned at Aloft. However, she took a new job and I was transferred to Lee, who was on top of my emails/calls daily. I was thankful that Lee took over! Aloft is pet friendly and modern which is nice for out of town guests.

The girls at the front desk were not as friendly as the valet employees, however they did an excellent job getting our guests in for early check in.
