Jihan started planning events in 2000, during college and hasn't stopped since. She did her first wedding in the Cayman Islands in 2008 and fell in love. In 2017, Jihan decided it was time to live her dream and opened Amani Affairs. Weddings and events are her passion. Being organized makes her smile. It’s her dream come true to have a career that allows her to live her purpose, which is helping people experience the best times of their lives.
Jihan loves her adopted home of Wilmington, NC, but enjoys traveling for her clients. She's even been able to work weddings throughout the country, with her "Planner Godfather," David Tutera. Amani Affairs weddings have also been featured in Wilmington Wedding Planner magazine, Munaluchi's blog, and as 2020 Best Wedding Planner in Wilmington magazine.
