We gave Kara & Bri a bit of a challenge- we wanted to include many traditions from both of our cultures, Persian and Jewish, and they were able to weave these elements into our timeline, creating a truly unique celebration. On the day of the wedding, they took care of so many details and unexpected challenges with grace and kindness. From the first call with them, I felt it was a right fit, not only due to their extensive industry experience, but also because of their genuine care for their clients. Because we were not Charlottesville locals, we knew that we would benefit from having a planner as a part of our team. We had an absolutely seamless experience with Kara & Bri as a part of Amore. They handled every detail from start to finish with ease, understood my vision, and always provided incredible vendors to select from early in the process so that we always had our date available. When a small issue arose on wedding day with the table linens not shipping (due to the fault of the linens company, not Amore!), they handled the entire situation with grace, never worrying the bride and groom and handling the problem in such a way that all the replacements still fit the vision.
Despite some challenging family circumstances on our big day, Kara & Bri were able to navigate everything with ease and support us despite various challenges. When the father of the bride was finicky about contracts with vendors, Kara & Bri always did the absolute best job either putting his mind at ease, or helping him negotiate with vendors to make sure everyone was satisfied with the end result. We couldn't have done it without them, and by far the best choice we made for planning our weekend was working with Amore. Can't recommend them highly enough!
