Amanda and her team at Anthology were amazing! They communicated through all the uncertainty of COVID and stuck with us the entire time. We had two girls doing hair and one doing make up. They were efficient but detailed and careful, and really know what they're doing. One of my bridesmaids even said "OMG you're miracle workers". They made listened to each persons ideas and made them a reality! Highly recommend Anthology!

Amanda and Jordyn did such an amazing job for my wedding! They did hair and makeup for me plus my entire bridal party and my mom at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. Everyone had a great time and the Anthology team helped make our morning very relaxing and enjoyable. They customized the look based on each person and tailored the amount of makeup based on each person’s preference. Our hair and makeup looked great all day and my hairstyle was a sew-in that was super comfortable (and didn’t leave a bunch of bobby pins poking me in the head all day). We were especially impressed with Amanda’s hairstyles and we all agreed she truly makes hair magic happen! They were also very flexible when COVID changed our original plans and I would definitely recommend choosing Anthology for your hair and makeup!

It takes a lot for me to look at myself and honestly think/feel I look beautiful- but the team at Anthology TRULY made me and everyone feel exactly that. After deciding to book with them for the wedding I started going to Brittany Sower to color my hair- I am naturally a VERY dark brunette but I have been working on getting as blonde as my hair will let me go and each time I left the salon Brittany got me closer and closer to my goal. The best part about my experience with her was her knowledge- this gal KNOWS her stuff, after our first session over a year ago she came up with an entire PLAN for my hair and how to not only get me to my goal color but keep my hair healthy. I will continue to trust her with my hair not only because of her talent but she is truly one of the sweetest souls I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. If I’m going to sit in a chair for 3-4 hours I want to be with someone who makes me feel comfortable and she does exactly that. Emily Hurst was amazing coordinating with me for our wedding day and responded to any request right away! Kate Cusamano was such a sweetie from the moment we met at my trial, she listened and truly helped me as we figured out my look for the wedding giving me sound advice. She also made me feel so comfortable as a skin care specialist- she knew how to handle my sensitive skin and didn’t make me feel bad about breaking out and assured me she will make sure to make me feel beautiful and protect my skin. I had a lot of people getting their hair/makeup done and these three FLEW through everything while also doing a phenomenal job. I am getting so many compliments on my hair/makeup and again I felt so beautiful. My husband was so happy because he said he saw “me” even all made up- and I typically do not wear any makeup. These three were also just so much fun to hangout with the morning of my wedding- joining in on conversations and laughing along with my crew. It felt like a bunch of besties hanging out- exactly the experience I was looking for. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!
