Archana designed and made our wedding cake recently. We had a chinese-indian wedding at Snug Harbor so we wanted something asian. She made an amazing cake that had a red dragon spiralling up a three tiered cake. It looked like a work of art and it was a shame to eat it...but it was the tastiest cake I've perhaps ever had. She made us a Black Forest cake with cherries and buttercream and I have to say not a minute has gone by when I'm not tempted to defrost my top tier (which i'm supposed to be saving for our wedding anniversary) and eat it. We would recommend Archana to anyone who wants the most beautiful and tasty of cakes!!!

Archana's cake was beautiful and delicious, and she created it exactly to our specifications. Unlike so many other cakes, the texture was light and moist, and the fillings did not just taste like liquid sugar. Her prices are great for the quality she provides, and she is a nice person to work with as well.
