She scheduled calls with us and provided thorough details to ensure our wedding day went flawlessly. She is easy going and was such a breath of fresh air for our day. She communicated important details to our vendors for us so we didn’t have to as much as our wedding day got closer. Her assistant, Adrianna, was a life saver all day ensuring I had everything I needed and making sure our important belongings safely transported between destinations. Our timeline was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about a thing all day. They were with us until the very end of the night to make sure our belongings were safely packed up and nothing got left behind. I am so grateful we connected. I would not have pulled off such an incredible event without her. She provided the most helpful spreadsheets to help keep organized as well as check points leading up to the wedding. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond and gave her honest feedback which was always greatly appreciated. I was utterly impressed! I could not have asked for anyone better. She has a great aura and so helpful! After being a part of so many weddings as a bridesmaid and seeing family stress I wish everyone could have had Ashley Lynn as there planner to help ease the burden. Ashley and her team (Katie and Sarai), went far above and beyond our expectations for day of coordinators. Our day would not have been nearly as perfect without them. They are absolutely the best of the best, and kept the day running smoothly. My husband and I felt cared for and supported so we could sit back and relax and just enjoy our day. They set up everything perfectly, and help my parents pack up at the end of the night. They coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone understood our vision, and executed it to a tee.
