About

Hi, My name is Ashley!

I am a portrait and wedding photographer for those individuals, couples, and families wanting to capture a moment in time that they can treasure forever. I started loving photography at a young age when I'd use my mom's "fancy" camera to take photos of loved ones. I started using my own "fancy" camera in November 2018. When I'm not behind a camera I'm teaching my students as a high school health and physical educator. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends at a sporting event, brewery, or hiking in Shenandoah National Park.

I grew up in Northern Fauquier County, Virginia. While I'm only a 45 minute drive to Washington, D.C. (without traffic) where I grew up was far from it. I'm a lover of many things in life but items at the top of the list include Jesus, peanut butter, golden retrievers, hiking, HGTV, and coke slurpees.

One of the best photographers to work with

Ashley was amazing from start to finish. From the time of inquiry she was quick to respond and answered all of our questions and more on a thorough phone call. ashley was more than accommodating engagement session planning around weather & location changes. We had so much fun & we spent the entire engagement session laughing. She makes you feel at ease & is extremely responsive, making wedding planning so much less stressful. I would recommend ashley to anyone from wedding, engagement, family or newborn photos! She’s a true professional and one of the sweetest people

Book Ashley!

Ashley was great to work with. She did our engagement and wedding photos, that both turned out awesome. She traveled for our wedding with no issues and was accommodating the entire wedding day to any asks we had for last minute ideas. Ashley knew just how to pose us, while still making it natural for us to get the shots needed to capture our day. We'd definitely recommend Ashley to anyone looking for their special day or event captured the way it should be!

Ashley was an amazing photographer. She was very helpful getting all the pictures we wanted and executed our vision. Her photos came back quick and we got a sneak peak that night.
