For a seamless transition from ceremony to reception, we ask that you choose a location for your ceremony and a separate location for your reception on property.

Services Offered

Venue packages include set up and tear down and all of the tables you will need such as round, square, kings, modern, cake and 8' and 6' tables. Aspen offers 4 design choices of chairs for indoor or outdoor ceremony and reception or company events and retreats. We provide getting ready suites each immacutely designed with a large spacious bridal suite and large grooms suite with full size swimming pool.

Oklahoma weather is unpredictable so back options are imparative. Aspen Ranch does not flip rooms and instead offers a ceremony location both indoors and outdoors and 2 options for reception space. The property also offers areas for tented events. No guests will be asked to leave a room so that it can be flipped and prepped for the reception, instead guests will flow from ceremony to reception all indoors and climate controlled so guests remain comfortable at all times.

Aspen Ranch also provides lodging on the property that will elevate your experience. The property can host up to 42 guests with a 6 bedroom mansion, 4 bedroom cottage, 2 bedroom "Gait" house and Honeymoon Suite.
