My wedding was November 19, 2022. I had contacted Audrey Wise Bridal literally 2 weeks before the wedding, because the lady that I had put a deposit on originally, (Savanna Hasting hair) Which I do not recommend, was not communicating with me. So, it was very last minute. Audrey said she was available for my day, to do hair and make up!!! Awesome!! But on the day of my wedding, she had a family emergency. (Very understandable) and had to send one of her assistants. Ashley. My mother, sister, and daughter also had appointments to have just their hair done. Ashley, said as the bride, I should wait and do mine last. Everyone agreed. So I went with it. They all showed Ashley a picture of what they wanted. And they all turned out pretty good. I showed Ashley what I wanted. At that point, she should have said, "Your hair is too thin for that, or I can not do that, ot I'm to tired from doing all the other girls. Instead, she went ahead and did nothing like the photo I showed her. I asked to change a few things, and add my diamond hair band. She broke it while digging the Bobby pins into my head trying to get it in my hair. So as she pulled it out it messed up my hair. She said. "We will fix that later." Uh, we don't have much time, Lady. So I gave her three smaller, hair clips to put in my hair. Ashley, put them all off to the right side, saying, "that is the side the photographer would be on. (OMGosh, what about the rest of the time.) Anyhow, tick tock, it was getting later, so we moved on to make up, I wear like brown tones some times Shiney gold. She had me looking like a drag queen, no offense to them, just not my style. I told her it was to dark and asked her to lighten it up. She said, taking it off is a problem, cuz we would have to start over. And she then, LIGHTENED UNDERNEATH MY EYES!!! That just made it worse but we had no time. She burned my ear twice in the same spot. I don't know how good Audrey is, but because of Ashley, I do not recommend Audrey Wise Bridal.

I had a horrible experience dealing with Audrey. I booked her to do my daughter’s hair in early Oct of 2023 for a wedding that was to take place in June of 2024. She required a $100 non refundable security deposit. Less than 1 month later, my daughter decided to move the location of her wedding to a venue that was 4 hours away. I notified Audrey that unfortunately, I would need to cancel. This was in early Oct of 2023, almost 8 months Before the scheduled wedding date. Audrey REFUSED to refund any of my deposit. I emailed her and texted her multiple times asking her to reconsider since the wedding dare was so far away and I had only had the booking for 1 month. She refused. Bottom line, she kept my $100, without providing any services. She is a selfish, individual who completely took advantage of me and kept money that she did nothing to earn. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. It’s disgusting that she would treat me in this way when I was in a situation with my daughter that was difficult enough to begin with.
