Our extensive Bridal getting-ready suite resembles a mini apartment, featuring a dedicated hair and makeup room, a cosy lounge, a separate dressing area, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom—all conveniently connected to the venue.

The Groom's suite is equally well-appointed, complete with a mini fridge, comfortable couches, tables, a minibar, and a changing area—ideal for prepping and relaxing.

The venue comprises two interconnected spaces: the main area spans 11,500 sq ft, while the secondary space spans 2,500 sq ft. Additionally, a charming industrial outdoor area is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or smaller receptions.

Event Space: $4500
* Includes all venue areas 7am-1am, bride & groom suites, courtyard access, gated parking, as well as security & maintenance) *8% tax will be added to balance

Tables, Chairs & Linens: add $8 per person
*Includes 72in round tables *each fits 8 people, 132in poly round tablecloths, cloth napkins, & folding chairs for each table)

Liquor:
-Your choice of liquor : $15 per person
-Your choice of wash (mixers): $8 per person
