Apolo was born in Mexico City, In 2012 he moved to Cancun for College, he has a master degree in Culinary Arts, after 2 years at college he started working in the Hospitality Industry as Groups and Weddings Assistant in a hotel chain, he quickly became Conference Services Manager and in 2018 he moved to the amazing city of Los Cabos, working as Groups and Weddings planner for the last 4 years, now as an Independant Planner he will use all his knowleadge to create memorable events as he is always detailed focus and puts his heart in every single detail.
