Lauren saved the day when we needed to find a new caterer for our backyard wedding in New Jersey for (100) people. Within days she came up with an amazing menu to include (7) passed hors d'oeuvres, seated salad course and amazing served buffet options. She was fast, responsive, professional and transparent.
