Baker’s Man Inc. is passionate about customization, and will endeavor to accommodate any flavor or filling request that is not part of the bakery’s menu. Every wedding cake purchase includes the cost of a cake stand, and private tastings, setup, delivery, and in-person consultations are available as needed. All wedding cakes have three layers of cake and two layers of filling, and are finished with fondant or Swiss vanilla buttercream icing. For wedding cakes, a wide variety of flavors and fillings are available. Flavors range from classics like white cake to strawberry marble, almond, carrot, pumpkin, and even cream cheese butter pound cake. For your convenience, Baker’s Man Inc. also offers gluten-free and nut-free cake options. Cake fillings include flavored buttercreams, chocolate ganache, and fresh fruit. Aside from wedding cakes, Baker’s Man Inc. can also supply your wedding event with the following dessert products:
