Owner Beth Erickson settled on the name Be Sweet for her business for two reasons - B and E are her initials, and it also reminded her of a time when her Granny used to gently remind her granddaughters, "Now, y'all be sweet." With that four word command, Granny unknowingly also gave Erickson her business philosophy later down the road.
