Vibrant and passionate founder, entrepreneur Julie Occhino, is a graduate of Cazenovia College with a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Management with a Fashion Merchandising specialization. A highly trained beauty and make-up expert, Julie has been providing her services to discerning clients for the past 9 years. She opened the doors to her full-service salon, Bar Beauty & Co., in 2017 in historic downtown Troy, NY.
