History
Beaverton Bakery’s location in Old Town Beaverton used to be a Queen Anne-style, Victorian home and a next door pharmacy that once belonged to Beaverton’s first doctor, Dr. Robinson. Charles Yeager converted the now-historic home and pharmacy into Yeager’s Bakery in 1925. The business was bought by Charles Schubert in 1965, who expanded the bakery with the addition of a wedding shop.
