With a decade of friendship and a shared passion for event planning, we followed our hearts and created BellaRu Events; a full service event planning company based in Los Angeles. After working together to coordinate various events for friends and family, we found ourselves constantly searching for new and creative ideas to make the next event better than the last.

Premium Planning

I think we have all heard, "If I would have known planning a wedding was this much work, I would have just eloped!" Your wedding is a day that you and your guests will remember for years to come, however, the thought of planning the perfect wedding can be very overwhelming and quite frankly, can turn into a full-time job. Whether you’re lacking the time, knowledge, assistance or simply the desire to commit to the task, our Premium Planning package would be the perfect option for you. If you decide on taking time to enjoy your engagement or prefer to start the process immediately, we would be your first point of contact. We dedicate our time to staying within budget, providing design expertise, researching venues/vendors, and overall, providing you guidance from start to finish. Enjoy your engagement phase and leave it to us to make sure your dream day is picture perfect!

Partial Planning

You’re halfway there! If your location has been booked and you’re in the process of hiring vendors, yet still need assistance checking off your “To Do” list, our Partial Planning option will work best for you. We develop a method to complete your planning within six months of your event date. A popular package among many of our clients, Partial Planning allows us to offer a large amount of hands on guidance within a particular time frame. Regardless if you still need help coordinating vendor meetings, comparing vendor pricing, or building a layout for the day, to name a few tasks… we are your girls! Relax and let us join your planning adventure!

Month of Coordination

It’s never too late to ask for help! Our Month of Coordination package is the perfect alternative for those who are almost at the finish line and are ready to hand the baton over. We are committed to tying up any loose ends and finalizing all details four to six weeks prior to your special day. A bulk of the work may be complete, however, you are now realizing there are just somethings you won’t be able to do days leading up to your event or the actual day itself. Once hired, we immediately discuss what your expectations are and provide planning and organization to make sure those expectations are met.

Love the ladies of BellaRu!!

Tiffany and Valerie supported us in every way possible during a time that felt impossible to plan a wedding. Through the ups and downs, they stood behind us 100%. Even though they weren’t as local to our wedding venue as we would have liked, we just fell in love with them and had faith that they would help execute our vision. They were so responsive, fun, and easy to work with! We successfully fulfilled our family obligations AND had the wedding reception of our dreams! Our only regret is not being able to hug and thank them properly

Fairy Godmothers!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our experience with BellaRu was phenomenal! We had Tiffany and Valerie celebrate our wedding with us at the Disneyland Hotel. They were hired barely two weeks out from our wedding, we needed a day of coordinators and originally thought we could have guests do the work, but BellaRu swooped in for the rescue! They helped execute our entire vision for the ceremony and the reception without having any of our guests needing to help. Since we had planned the majority of the wedding before we hired them, we explained to them what our vision was and they executed it flawlessly. We built such a strong trust in them so quickly we gave them freedom to decorate things as they saw fit and it was better than we could have anticipated. We could tell their experience in planning and coordinating was money well spent, as they helped elevate our ideas into masterpieces. They helped clean and packed everything up at the end of night and worked great within the Disney guidelines. Their professionalism, well-coordinated, get-it-done attitudes are perfect for any event! They help build and execute dreams and make every moment memorable and magical. We are truly grateful to them for making our wedding such a success and practically perfect!

First Class Duo

We’ve been married a week and our guests still talk about how great our wedding was! “Luxurious”, “elegant”, “royalty”, “glamorous”, “one-of-kind”, “well-coordinated”, “hands down the best wedding I’ve been to in my life” are just a few words our family and friends used to describe our event.

We met Tiffany and Valerie of BellaRu Events at another family gathering and we instantly knew we needed them for our wedding. The professionals from BellaRu were the first vendors we hired and from the first day we were at ease knowing that our event was in good hands with Tiffany and Valerie. We described to them our vision for our wedding and they instantly provided us a plan and recommendations to make that a reality. In short, BellaRu knew what needed to be done. Once we got the vendors on contract, Valerie and Tiffany compiled all our vendors in their well-organized BellaRu Timeline and we started to see how well our event was coming along. This made us more excited as we knew our family and friends would absolutely love our event.

On our wedding day we didn’t need to do or worry about anything as Valerie and Tiffany were in control. They were at the hotel, reception, church, and back at the reception making sure all the other vendors were setting up properly, helping the bride get ready, and ensure everything was flowing according to our vision (they even managed to take amazing behind the scenes pictures). The best part is Valerie and Tiffany were always pleasant, calm, and knew how to work under pressure – they simply got it done!

Not only did Valerie and Tiffany helped with the setup, they also helped with the tear-down and clean-up. They closed-out with our vendors and gathered all our personal belongings for us to take back – all we did was enjoyed our day and the amazing ladies of BellaRu did the rest. Merely saying “hiring BellaRu” was THE BEST decision we made would do them injustice. Rather, we are blessed that our friends Tiffany and Valerie were at the hip with us from the onset of our wedding planning and are truly grateful to them for making our event such a success and especially memorable for our families, friends, and us.
