BEX was wonderful to work with and most importantly provided absolutely delicious food. They specialize in local and farm-fresh ingredients, and some of my guests guessed that this was the case, simply because the food was so fresh and tasty. We got many compliments on the food, and we made sure to eat all of it--we were so delighted at the menu that BEX made for us, including the cocktail hour appetizers, that we planned to take photos beforehand expressly so that we could enjoy the awesome sliders, duck confit tacos, and butternut squash risotto that BEX made! It seems like BEX is a fairly small operation, which means that clients get very individualized attention. They were very receptive to whatever we suggested, and they were very transparent about costs. In short, BEX was a pleasure to work with!
