Our experience at Big Cypress was amazing.
When we checked in we were greeted with smiles. The lady tried to upgrade our room since it was our honeymoon but none were available. She had the hotel shuttle driver take us to a BBQ place nearby that was delicious!! when we got back to our hotel the room was ready... when we entered there was a basket of snacks, and a cake with a card to congratulate us on our marriage. The room was clean, and had lots of character. The staff in the entire establishment were beyond friendly. would go back in a heartbeat!
