Founded by mother-daughter duo Julie and Crystal Coser, Bites & Bashes is a full-service catering and events business. Executive Chef Julie is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who has worked in the restaurant and wedding industry for over 30 years. Meanwhile, Crystal has over 10 years experience in the catering industry and is currently the associate editor at Eater LA. With their combined expertise, Julie and Crystal are ready to assist you in creating the wedding day you have always dreamed of with their delicious cuisine and event planning insight.
Services Offered
On your wedding day, Bites & Bashes will take care of all of your delivery, setup and cleanup needs. Couples may select from a variety of catering services for their cocktail hour and wedding reception, which includes buffet, family style, French service, hors d'oeuvres, plated, servers and stations. Bites & Bashes also offers full-bartending services.
Cuisine
At Bites & Bashes, couples may completely customize a wedding day menu that will fit their unique tastes. The chefs can prepare meals using ingredients and recipes from all of the world.

Crystal and everyone we worked with over at Bites & Bashes were organized, responsive, friendly, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're happy.
Their food is delicious, and they give great advice about the best options to go with and how to display it, etc. We received so many compliments about the beautiful charcuterie display, their gorgeous serving dishes, and how great the food was.
