Black-Eyed Susan Catering is a catering company located in Asheville, North Carolina that services Western North Carolina. They have been catering Weddings and special events for 13 years. Brad and Cynthia are the owners and both bring a plethora of experience to the business. Brad’s degree is in hotel and restaurant management, an industry he has worked in for nearly two decades. Cynthia received her degree in horticulture with a focus on organic practices in fruit and vegetables.

What sets up apart? We cook off prepared foods onsite to avoid products sitting for long periods, one of the owners arrives with the staff and works along them , setup and design of the food is important to us; we take great pride in creating edible tablescapes. To ensure quality, we never book more than 2 events a day. Lastly, we are onsite event caterers and do not have a restaurant restricting our performance.
