Based in the rolling hills of Jonesborough, the golf club wedding venue is 17 minutes from Johnson City, 26 minutes from Kingsport and 96 minutes from Knoxville. Local hiking and outdoor attractions include Bright’s Zoo, Bays Mountain Park & Planetarium, Warriors’ Path State Park and Sycamore Shoals State Historic Park. WOW - A beautiful venue to promise our hearts to each other
Jenn Garcia, Chef James Allen and all the wonderful employees there went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely beautiful. Chef came up with a mouth-watering menu that was a beautiful fusion of our cultures as well as our tastes. Pastry chef Elizabeth designed a mouthwatering cake that was also visually stunning. Jenn Garcia took it upon herself to coordinate every little detail from helping me pick vendors to decorating our trellis and venue -- this wedding could not have been possible without her.
Blackthorn Club and their team were invaluable in making our wedding truly special. Every guest and family member marveled at the quality of service, professionalism, and delectable menu.
My husband and I enjoyed our day because we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We get to look back on our wedding day and remember the moment and none of the stress and this couldn't have been possible without this truly amazing team. Thank you Blackthorn Club :)
