Bleu Sparrow's principal planne, Lisa Rivera, has been a part of the Event Industry for over 12 years. She has designed, planned, and produced hundreds of events ranging from Weddings, to Corporate Retreats and Outings, as well as intimate Social Gatherings.

She has worked all over Long Island and New York City, even working in cities such as; Chicago, Philadelphia, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Montauk, and the Hamptons.

Her sense of design is unparalleled, and her years of experience is displayed in her ability to run an event flawlessly.

​She truly enjoys every step of the process, and strives to see that smile on her client's face at the end of the event.

Christine has been a key player in the event industry for over 9 years. She has planned, produced and executed hundreds of different events of all different sizes and budgets. She has helped to plan social events, corporate gatherings, collegiate events, and specializes in weddings.

Her planning skills have taken her throughout the tristate area, allowing her to help clients from New Jersey to Montauk, and everywhere in between.

Christine has an impeccable eye for detail, which helps with her amazing execution. She treats each wedding as if it were her own.

Christine truly gets to know each and every one of her clients, and understands how special their big day is to them. No event is too big or small for her, and she believes every client deserves the same time and energy.

Even as a little girl Brittany finds the most joy in organizing, creating lists, and oh the satisfaction of buying a new planner for the school year!

Brittany has a Master’s Degree and recently relocated with her family as a wedding planner from Dallas, Texas to Long Island! She is experienced in planning a variety of events from corporate affairs for thousands to smaller celebrations like baby showers, birthday parties, surprise proposals, non-profit events and of course, the most personal and rewarding – weddings! She absolutely loves spending her days creating someone’s most personal moments in life.

Her attention to detail, foresight, and adaptability through adversity creates a strong support system for brides on their special day. She is incredibly intentional during the planning process! Her mantra is you should feel like a guest on your big day. You should be present in your big moment. A planner is a bride’s biggest advocate and Brittany thrives as a coordinator in high-pressure environments.

When Brittany’s not working you can find her chasing around her two little ones or snuggled up with her Labrador Dalmatian, Bow.
