10/10 Honeymoon Experience
Karen planned the most amazing honeymoon that was both romantic and adventurous. Traveling during a pandemic was scary, but Karen made sure to check in (but was respectful of not reaching out too much) to make sure things were going smooth and to keep us up to date on COVID protocols. Karen went above and beyond and worked with our friends to coordinate a surprise for us. We are still on cloud 9 from our honeymoon all thanks to Karen!
Top-notch service with a personal touch!
Then, she checked on us multiple times (not too much, just right!) as we were at the resort and as we headed back home to ensure we mitigated any issues created as a result of the CoronaVirus outbreak.
