Here at Blue Dog Catering, we provide custom menus for events throughout Whidbey Island and parts of Mukilteo. Focused mainly on Pacific Northwest and American Bistro inspired menus we have also catered private events ranging from African themed dinner parties to Latin American flavored buffets. With our own in-house baker and pastry chef we make almost everything from scratch. Our ability to influence flavor beginning with the bread allows us to provide one-of-kind delectable morsels ranging from sliders of tender cuts of beef with arugula and a blue cheese horseradish aioli to hearty empanadas filled with various mixtures of ricotta, spinach, and roasted garlic or spiced blends of bison with seasonal vegetables. This also allows us to be very flexible in the ingredients we use so we can accommodate all types of allergies and food preferences. With only the requirement of a 10x10 to 10x20 outdoor space we utilize our fully transportable kitchen to ensure you have the freshest food possible.
