Since its formation over a decade ago, the Boston String Ensemble has performed at over 600 weddings and special events throughout New England. With former clients including US Presidents, Senators, and Governors, Universities such as Harvard and MIT; local and destination weddings, the Boston String Ensemble has the experience you need to create a perfect moment at your event that you will remember forever.

Our simple booking process takes the hassle out of hiring event or ceremony musicians, and our tested and reliable management team will ensure timely arrival at your event with adequate time to check-in with a wedding coordinator, organizer, or event planner. Our decade of experience in the industry has given us the know-how to deal with the unexpected and adapt to your changing needs. We will work closely alongside you to plan a music setlist that you and your guests will enjoy and cherish even after the special day has passed. Our large repertoire includes traditional classical selections, jazz standards, classic rock, pop and top 40. We are continuously adding new selections, and we will turn any song that you select into a reality. Our core ensemble consists of violins, viola, and cello, however, we are able to add additional instruments such as flute, piano, clarinet, vocalists, and others based on your request.
