Born and raised on a farm in the beautiful countryside of the Dominican Republic, Chef Lisselly’s passion for hospitality has deep roots, starting with her grandmother, who taught her how to cook. Lisselly would start her days picking out coffee berries, drying them out and then grinding them by hand - all before she went to school. In the evenings, she would return home to serve as her grandmother’s sous chef, absorbing years of cultural and culinary tradition. To take her love of hospitality to the next level, Lisselly moved to New York to pursue a degree in the culinary arts and began working in restaurants in a variety of capacities from the kitchen to the front of house. After her studies, Lisselly went on to establish herself as one of the leading professional chefs in the high end food scene of Greenwich Connecticut. Nothing excites me more than being able to share my passion for food to make your gathering something truly memorable.
