Rather than charging by the hour like most transportation companies Amy will work with you and figure the number of hours the service will be needed and then charge a price for that instead of 4 hour blocks at a time even when not in use. She will also help plan other events for the wedding should you choose and will make restaurant, lodging, and other recommendations if needed.

I hired two of Brewen’s Empire trollies to pick up my guests from various points in Temecula and bring them to our wedding. Unfortunately, the drivers made a mistake and both took the same route, leaving half of my guests stranded. Brewen’s figured it out and sent the second trolley back. As a result, our wedding was delayed, forcing us to miss 30 minutes of sunset lighting for post-ceremony pictures. We also had problems with the limo driver at the end of the night. The company apologized, offered to give guests rides back the next day, refunded an hours' worth of shuttle time, and gave us passes for future trolley rides. Their package seemed great and their trollies are really cute. We probably would have been satisfied if we had only hired one trolley.
