I decided to spring for on-site hair and makeup from Bristles for our wedding out at Montfair, and I'm so glad I did! Rachel has done the hair for all of my friends' weddings over the years and it was wonderful having her do mine in May! I showed her a few pictures of ideas I had and she instantly understood what I imagined and delivered exactly that! She did the same with the makeup and even tweaked it a few times to make sure I was perfectly happy with it! She is the best at what she does. She has such a calm and energetic demeanor, she was a joy to have in the house with all my sisters and friends as we all got ready! Thanks Rachel!!

Tori and KK did hair for myself, my mom, and my bridesmaids and they were GREAT. They were so fun and easy to get along with in my suite on the day, and did an incredible job. Doing the trial was important for getting the look just right, but it really meant that Tori knew exactly what to do on the day. And when one of my bridesmaids wasn't loving her look, KK started from scratch to get it just right. Planning everything was super easy with Jocelyn helping us out at the salon, and they were so flexible and nice in working with me when my sister-in-law opted in, then opted out, then opted back in to having her hair done!

Bristles is the perfect salon for wedding party hair and makeup! I, as the bride, felt absolutely beautiful and could not have asked for a better hair and makeup stylist - Vanessa. My wedding party was well taken care of and we were all impressed with the efficient and stylish product. They provide a room for your party to use for snacks, drinks, and mirrors if there are some in your party not having their hair and makeup professionally done. I would highly recommend bristles for any beauty needs in the Charlottesville area!!
