Broad River Inn is a hotel wedding venue located in Chimney Rock, North Carolina. This inn features a unique and rich history. Originally, the first building erected on the property functioned as a tavern. However, as the years went by, it changed purposes and ownership. Renovations and old sites were torn down and new ones erected in their place. It was in 2002 that the historic inn was purchased and reopened by Larry and Carol Lane. They also added on to the property many fun features like the 18-hole mini golf course. In this casual and cozy setting, couples can gather with their loved ones and host not only their ceremony and reception, but also their bridal shower, engagement party, and rehearsal dinner. Due to the intimate and romantic nature of the inn, it is also ideal for hosting elopements. Regardless of the wedding celebration you are hosting, you and your guests will be situated in a convenient location in the downtown city area, which means you will find many fun things to do and explore before and after the wedding.

Facilities and Capacity
Broad River Inn has been completely restored and remodeled; however, its historic charm and romance still remains. You and your guests will be able to enjoy serene views because the inn is right next to the Rocky Broad River. There are both indoor as well as uncovered outdoor sites for you to choose from. Overall, the style of this venue is the perfect mixture of class and coziness. When you step inside, you will be greeted in the lobby with a collection and display of the works of local artists. There are other spaces inside, such as the five-star coffee shop, where your wedding party can relax. While the venue does specialize in smaller sized weddings of around 50 guests, the team is more than happy to work with you and help you find the perfect site for any size wedding you are planning.
