Butternut Event Centre by Lakeshore Events is a small minority-owned female LLC, which is family-friendly, flexible, and a fun alternative to Hotel and Country Club or Yacht Club Ballroom Facilities in the Greater Holland/Zeeland area. Our unique “do-it-yourself” (DIY) facility is the answer to finding an affordable, and completely customizable venue for your special event. Our location is available for rent 365 days a year. The maximum amount of guests is 180 – 200 (maximum guests).

Butternut Event Centre allows patrons to bring in their own food and beverages without having to use preferred caterers with food and beverage minimums. It is perfect for those on a budget!

Complete with a full prep kitchen with rear door access, ample electricity for heating elements, sizable refrigeration, and 500 lb. ice machine, plating area, three sinks complete. There is a full bar with three coolers, a speed bar, two sinks, and an ice bin, together with a cocktail area and four high-top tables.
