We'll never go with anyone else! Brooke is always on point and flexible. She did my sister's wedding and there isn't anyone else who we would have rather had. She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. Beautiful craftsmanship and honestly incredibly tasty!!

We got married back in October and being out of state, finding a cake baker is hard since our time frame to fit in tastings was always super limited. My mom lives in San Diego and had done A LOT of research to help us find vendors that fit within our budget ($250 for 100 guests). Going into finding a cake, my biggest concern was flavor, not so much the hooplah and presentation of a huge cake.

After a few failed attempts at other bakeries, my mom suggested we try CBB, a new baker in this part of town. When we first went in, Brooke was on a delivery and her dad was manning the store. I was only in town for a few days and was trying to do any sort of tasting if possible. We ended up getting a few of her treats on display (all amazing!) and awaited to be contacted back by Brooke. She called me on her day off and even offered to do a tasting the next day (her other day off!)

We arrived for the tasting and there were 8 flavors plated for us. They were all delicious! We ended up doing mini cupcakes (200) and a small cutting cake and still came in under budget! It was amazing!!!!

Our guests RAVED about the cupcakes flavor and texture, they were perfect! She even dyed the frosting to go with our fall theme. We had the red velvet, marble with raspberry filling and double chocolate, all of which were so yummy! We ended up with leftovers that were just as good the next day! My parents finished them off while we were on our honeymoon (they couldn't help it!) and said that the frosting remained nice and creamy in texture and the cakes still were great a week out!

I wish we lived closer but I know my parents (and grandparents) will be turning to Brooke for all their future cake needs! Thank you for making our cake one of the least stressful parts of planning!
